Rain (Prologue)
Keep MeA sigh escaped from Nam Taehyun’s lips. He was supposed to capture beautiful morning scenarios in his camera but the odds
were not on his favor that day. He woke up early enough to catch people doing their morning things at the nearby park but as
soon as he reached his destination, it rained. The only good thing is that he brought his usual bag where he puts everything
he needs everyday, including an umbrella. Now he’s just sitting on a bench he’d been sitting on for a solid thirty minutes,
earphones tucked in his ears with music playing and the raindrops as its background. He closed his eyes and took a deep
breath again. He should probably get going since his best friend might get worried. Taehyun stood up from his not-so-comfortable
seat and started walking home. There are only a few people left in the park. Some were heart-broken, just feeling in the rain
and some were letting the rain make them feel free as they close their eyes and smile. Taehyun is someone in between.
Taehyun soon finds himself staring at the baked goods displayed in front of a coffee shop behing a glass wall, his stomach
complaining about how empty it is. He rubbed his stomach and reached for his bag if he even brought money with him.
With one hand holding the umbrella, he had a hard time getting his wallet and the coins ended up splattering across the ground,
making Taehyun groan. He put his backpack on again and reached down to collect the coins. After getting the last one,
he stood up.
This time, it's not the food that caught his eyes. It's the reflection on the glass wall.
The umbrella he's holding fell to the ground. He could feel small droplets of water finally reaching his cheeks and arms as he
captures something with his camera.Taehyun felt happy. He feels happy that he finally found something worth keeping.
