# E for Evermore:

Jungshin has never once promised himself that he would love Jonghyun forever. He does not like promises, as to him they are made not by will but obligations. Jungshin knows like the back of his hand that nothing lasts for a lifetime, neither his feelings or their relationship. He is afraid that one day upon awaking, everything will have changed. That they are not brothers anymore, that he can no longer play bass. That their bonds will have been torn apart, that he will look at Jonghyun with eyes of a stranger, apathetically and callously.

Thus, every morning when he opens his eyes, Jungshin would pray that today is not the last day. He prays to God that he will be able to love Jonghyun for just a little longer.
