“Shin Hye!” Yong Hwa softly called her attention as soon as he saw her searching for his direction. He sneakily parked his car near the back of her parent’s restaurant just to meet her. She just arrived three days ago from US.   “Oh, Yong Hwa!” She immediately located where the sound of a voice calling her name was. Upon gazing at him, she merrily waved and hurriedly sneaked inside the car.   Soon as she got in, Yong Hwa welcomed her with a peck on her lips which made her jolted in surprise. “I miss you.” He sweetly whispered in her ears bringing shivers in her.   “What happened to you?” Shin Hye worriedly asked when she noticed that he looked so tired and obviously lost a lot of weight.   He didn’t get what she meant and was disappointed not to even hear her tell that she too missed him. “What kind of question is that?” He asked back, raising his brows in apparent disappointment.   However, the obvious facial reaction of Yong Hwa did not even matter to her as she was more concerned with his situation. She cupped his face and examined every edges that were evidently bony this time. “You seemed to lose so much weight. Have you been eating? Do you even get enough rest?”    He was stupefied when he heard how worried she sounded. Indeed, he lost weight with all the band practices, recordings, filming, and guesting. 24 hours is not enough for him to complete a task within a day and he’s been juggling all of his work assignments that even a time with her was almost impossible had it not been for a 4-hour break allowed to him.   “You should ask your mom to cook some food for you or my mom to deliver food to your place. Your health is still more important. Your abs and muscles are gone and you’re looking older too.” She giggled when she mentioned the word older. But honestly, she was quite worried by how busy he was.   “You should just say I don’t look like Yong Hwa ssi anymore but I look more like Yong Hwa ahjussi.” He chuckled by mocking his own condition and at the same time, admitting that he actually looked older and more tired. It was all for the drama anyway.   They just had half an hour of catching up and telling stories of what happened to them since the last time they met. It was cut off when Shin Hye already gave him the Nike stuff she bought for him. He likes the brand as much as she likes it. She remembered how he even called international just to keep reminding her of the color and the style he liked. It was a pair of winter clothes and shoes to match it off. She turned the music on and religiously listened to the song he, for sure, made.   “Yong Hwa ya! How could you?” She sighed upon listening to one of the songs he’ll include in his solo album. She was the first one to actually hear it since it was the last song he was able to write.   “This song reminds me of the times we’re together. And it’s sad that it breaks my heart.” She added and without noticing it, tears just flowed. She just remembered those times they we’re together as well as the times when they purposely avoided and treated each other like strangers.   He slowly wiped her tears away and cupped her petite face. “I didn’t mean to make you cry. Do you like it?” He inquired, wanting to know her impression so he could do further edits if needed.   “I like it. And you’re really improving a lot every time. But it’s too sad. It will make me sad on rainy days if I listen to it.” She half-joked implying that the song was great but not her taste. Yong Hwa knows how songs can greatly affect her mood. And to add to it, the song even tells a story of them.   “That’s my goal!” He laughed at the thought of giving her that impact.
