I know you'd do the same for me.
When Jimin gets sick–
Jimin smiles at the all too familiar of the voice but before he has a chance to glance back, the arms that are holding tightly scoops him up from behind, carrying him bridal style but much, much more intimate as the figure brings his head closer, their foreheads almost touching and as he looks deep into Jimin’s eyes they illustrate grave and numbness, and a look a little too scornful and deep worry altogether, Jimin shudders at the contact. He tries to look away but the strong gaze keeps him still as Jimin searches for softness and forgiveness that he swears the person is full of, but probably not at that instant. No.
At that very moment, Jimin cannot find any traces of playfulness or even comfort and Jimin cannot help but feels a little bit hurt upon the hard look he receives, and his face probably shows, though never with intention, because at that very second, Jimin immediately spots the softness he is looking for and that tenderness he craves as he brings a hand, touching slightly at the person’s nape now relaxing into his touch. Jimin sighs, bringing their faces together as he brushes a couple of strands of hair that covers that beautiful ebony eyes they twitch.
“I’m sorry I worry you, Hoseok hyung. I didn’t mean to. Never.”
Jimin’s voice comes out hoarse as he blinks in the tears that start to swell, Jimin bites his lips out of crying but that only makes them go even redder, all plumped and swollen.
Hoseok eyes immediately go soften as he caresses Jimin’s smooth lips, he plants a chaste kiss on the cheek, feeling ashamed at his own anger that can be out of control sometimes but has never towards Jimin…until just now, just now, he feels that anger, fuming at the very thought of Jimin being hurt. His Jiminie.
“Shhh.. Don’t cry Jimin ah, Hyung is sorry too…I didn’t mean to take it out on you. Never.”
Hoseok is careful as he brings Jimin towards the sofa again, gently placing the younger boy down, but Jimin refuses to let go.
“Don’t leave me,” Jimin lets out a couple of sobs. He starts to feel weak again and the very last thing he wants is to part from Hoseok because heavens, if there is anyone that would never shy of showing affection to Jimin, it’s Hoseok. If there is anyone that can stand his constant needs and wants of attention it’s Hoseok. If there is anyone that can never deny his clinginess and whining and selfishness altogether, it’s Hoseok hyung.
Jimin holds on tightly around the older’s neck pulling him down together.
“I don’t want you to go…please, hyung,”
Hoseok sighs as he settles down with Jimin, hands still holding the younger’s waist that is now resting on his lap.
Jimin whimpers softly as he snuggles comfortably on Hoseok’s thighs. His back is still aching but not as painful as before though his face may have crunched a little more than it should because Hoseok is now frowning at Jimin.
“So Seokjin hyung was right about your back.”
Hoseok cradles Jimin as he moves across the sofa nearing the end so that the younger can rest his back within his hold, and Jimin is grateful at the position he is in now. So comfortable, but before he gets to really settle in the warmth of his hyung’s body, his phone rings again.
Hoseok hugs Jimin, closing any gap between their bodies as he slips his hand down the younger’s back pocket to grab the phone.
“Let me take it, I don’t want you to get upset over Seokjin hyung complaining about stuff going on there or anyone with any negative connotation, you’ll get more sick.”
Jimin wants to laugh at the incredulous remarks but he keeps still nevertheless, drinking in Hoseok’s scent as he nuzzles his nose onto the curves of his hyung’s neck, lips parting a little as he lets out countless sighs of content. Heavens.
Because dear lord, Hoseok doesn’t just take the phone out, he lingers a little longer to smooth and pets Jiminie’s rear end before sliding in to touch the younger’s bare skin rubbing up and down slowly, sometimes down the hip circling around his waist, sometimes up against his nape, pinching it light, it, those hands they travel all over Jimin’s skin caressing it like no other, in hopes that it will soothe any pain his Jiminie is feeling, all the while his other hand answers the phone.
“Hyung, I’m with Jimin. No, I’ll wait for Namjoon to come back and we’ll go there together… What? Oh, he’s with you already? What the hell– No I have not seen Yoongi hyung. Jimin?”
Jimin looks up to Hoseok, annoyed that his little blissful moments are interrupted, and Hoseok smiles fondly at the sight of Jimin pouting, sweet sweet Jimin, as he fights his urges to kiss those round eyes to placid, Hoseok asks.
“Have you seen Yoongi hyung around? He’s been missing.”
Jimin shakes his head a little forcefully and gasps,
“Is Yoongi hyung…kidnapped?”
Hoseok can see the round eyes grow larger, burning with agony and baseless concerns and god knows what that boy will do if Yoongi really goes missing.
“No, Jimin ah,” Hoseok lets out a laugh.
“I was just asking if you’ve seen him here,” Hoseok puts the phone back to him.
“Nope hyung, Yoongi hyung is probably doing his thing you how nervous he gets out of flying, geez, I don't know why he’s so afraid of taking a flight so much. Yeah, okay. Don't worry I’ll bring Jimin. Okay hyung, I’ll see you guys soon.”
