“I’m so excited!” Krystal squealed as she grinned at her date, San Deul. The girl scanned the room for her friends.

“Oh, there they are. Let’s go~,” the girl gently grasped the boy’s hand and started leading him over to her friends.

“Hey guys,” Krystal smiled as she sat into the booth. San Deul just gave everyone a small smile while he plopped down next to his date.

The others greeted the pair. Krystal looked around to see who was still missing.

“If you are wondering; Luna is coming soon with Dong Hyun, Amber is coming alone because her date got sick. Victoria is at the dance floor with Ki Seop. Mine and Jin Ae’s dates are coming sometime soon,” Hye Shi said before she sipped her drink. Jin Ae smiled as she twiddled with the hem of her jacket.

“You want to go dance?” Sulli shyly turned to her date, Jeong Min. The guy smiled widely before pulling the girl out the booth and to the dance floor.

“Unnie, the oppas are there. Should we greet them?” Jin Ae tugged on Hye Shi’s arm.

“Oh, we should,” and with that the two girls went to their brothers.

“I think this is it, hyung,” two lost guys stood in front of a club building.

“Hopefully we aren’t that late. I don’t want my balls to be chopped off,” Eun Kwang said, which earned him a punch on his arm.

“Stop, let’s just go inside,” Peniel rolled his eyes and went inside. Eun Kwang blinked and quickly followed his younger friend.

With minimal struggling of trying to find the group; they finally found some members of the familiar group in a booth.

Victoria and Krystal had been engaged in a conversation when the boys joined their and their date’s company.

“Is Hye Shi here yet?” Eun Kwang curiously asked.

“Oh, she went to greet someone with Jin Ae,” Krystal explained and pointed towards the bar, where, indeed, were Hye Shi and Jin Ae.

“Who are those guys with them?” Eun Kwang peered at the small formed group near the bar. Peniel curiously leaned in to take a look as well.

Eun Kwang saw as his respective date got kissed on her cheek before she turned to go towards the booth, where her date for the night was.

“Hey~,” Hye Shi greeted as she plopped down next to Eun Kwang.

“Am I late?” the boy gulped; slightly afraid about if he would get his private parts cut off or not.

“Oh no, I’m sorry. My brother gave me some kind of lecture just now, so it’s fine,” Hye Shi chuckled with a wave of her hand. Eun Kwang quietly sighed in relief.

“So it was your brother?” he couldn’t help but ask, out of curiosity of course.

“Yep, Jung Min oppa. Pain in the sometimes, but that complies with every sibling,” Hye Shi nodded. Eun Kwang nodded and started to chat with the girl.

Meanwhile, Peniel watched as Jin Ae was marred in a happy conversation with two older guys. Not that he minded, he was just curious. A guy, who seemed the oldest one out of the three, patted Jin Ae’s head and said something. The girl nodded with a bright smile, before she was hugged by the other guy. She struggled out of the embrace and jogged to the booth.

Jin Ae was silent when she sat down on the soft bench. Then she turned to look at the boy, that was supposed to be her date.

A taint blush covered the boy’s cheeks, making the girl chuckle softly.

“You are finally here,” Jin Ae spoke softly towards the boy.

“Y-yeah. I’m sorry if I’m late. It was Eun Kwang hyung’s fault though,” Peniel nervously explained.

“Oh, really? You are not late, if that’s what you mean. It’s still the beginning of the night,” Jin Ae grinned widely. Peniel softly smiled back.

A good hour had already passed by after every single person belonging to the group had arrived. All of them were marred away in a heated conversation between their partners, or then they were dancing on the dance floor. Expect for Amber, who had left to get a new date from the guys who were at the club.

“Shall we dance?” Eun Kwang asked as he offered a hand towards his date, who was slightly surprised as she looked up at the handsome face.

“Uh, sure. Let’s go,” Hye Shi answered and she gently placed her hand in the other’s, who helped her stand up before leading her to the dance floor.

Jin Ae longingly looked at the dance floor. Peniel seemed to notice the small thing.

“Y-you want to dance?” Peniel stuttered out; why was he so nervous anyway?

Jin Ae whipped her head around to look at him, “You would really dance with me?”

“Of course. Let’s go~,” Peniel grabbed the girl’s hand and tugged her along. Jin Ae looked at the back of his head before gazing at their hands. She was indeed holding hands with someone else apart from her boyfriend.

At the dance floor, Peniel turned around to face the girl. “Okay, so.. I’m not that great of a dancer, but no one notices if I fail?” he carefully asked as he pouted.

“Oh no, you are free to dance how you want~,” Jin Ae gently pinched one of Peniel’s cheeks. The boy’s cheeks flamed red as he stared at the girl, who seemed to notice the act of skinship.

“Sorry, I.. you were just so cute..” Jin Ae murmured as she slowly lowered her hand.

Peniel felt like he was going to pass out soon. Impossible, he thought, a beautiful girl called me cute. He was totally letting out some small fangirl giggles in his mind.

The couple awkwardly started to dance, following the music and the beat. Slowly the awkward tension disappeared, and both of them seriously started to enjoy themselves.

Accidentally locking eyes with each other, they shared a shy smile.

Eun Kwang then took Hye Shi’s hand and led her over to the bar area. He helped the girl up on the high chair and took a seat for himself too. Hye Shi ordered two glasses of water. Hye Shi rested her head in the palm of her hands. Eun Kwang gazed at the girl in front of him and saw that she was indeed beautiful.

“So, Eun Kwang, what do you like to do?” Hye Shi took the first step in creating a conversation for the two. Eun Kwang opened his mouth to answer but then the waiter came.

“Miss Hye Shi, here are your waters,” The waiter placed two glasses of water for the two.

“Thank you Hyun Seung,” Hye Shi smiled at him. Eun Kwang thanked the man and took his glass.

“So back to what you were about to say?” Hye Shi diverted her attention the boy.

“Well on my spare time, I practice the piano - I plan on exceeding in the Music Industry because I love it. Other times, I like to hang out with my friends,” Eun Kwang answered her question. Hye Shi took a sip of her water and nodded in approval of his answer.

“What do you like to do, Hye Shi?” Eun Kwang wanted to know more about this mysterious girl. He took a sip of his water and watched her. Hye Shi brushed a strand of her hair out of her face and placed down the cup.

“Well currently, I work as a Waitress at a cafe with Jin Ae. On my spare time, I enjoy dancing” Hye Shi answered calmly. Eun Kwang sparked an interest in this girl. “I find it impressive that a guy like you plays the piano. It’s wildly attractive to me,” Hye Shi commented while looking straight at the boy.

Eun Kwang could feel the intensity from the girl’s gaze. He locked eyes with the girl and suddenly something inside of him made him churn. The feeling was unbearable, unspeakable - this feeling wasn’t bad at all. He couldn’t turn away from the girl at all. Something about her made him mesmerized.

Their faces were pretty close to one another - any closer and they would be kissing lip to lip.

Eun Kwang tried to look else where but failed to do so. He couldn’t help but stare into her chocolate brown eyes. He never saw how beautiful they were up so close. He gulped and suddenly breathed in her rich aroma. He was left feeling his breath being taken away.

Hye Shi on the other hand was busy staring into his light shade of brown eyes. She blinked and stared directly into his eyes. She could hear her own heart beating. She didn’t know what to do then because she found herself looking down at his lips every second.

“H-Hye Shi,” Eun Kwang began while Hye Shi began as well with, “Eun Kwang,”

Both stopped at the same time and didn’t know what to do. In sync, both faces began leaning closer to each other automatically. With their eyes closed, both lips slowly found each other and starting out slow, they pecked each other. As the time ticked by the kisses grew longer and with more passion. After what seemed like eternity, the two broke apart and looked away awkwardly.

“I-I...I’m sorry that was rude of me,” Eun Kwang flushed a deep shade of pink. Hye Shi sat there unfazed at what had just happened. Her fingers wandered up to her lips and slowly she ran her fingers over them. She looked up slowly towards Eun Kwang.

“...do that again,” Eun Kwang heard her whisper to him.

Peniel then tugged the girl’s hand out to the backside garden area. There they walked past couples kissing and enjoying each other’s company. Jin Ae glanced around nervously. Peniel took her deep through the garden area.

Finally Peniel and Jin Ae reached a small little swing set. Peniel took off his jacket, like a gentlemen would, and laid it down on the swing set for Jin Ae to take a seat. Jin Ae blushed and took a seat. When Jin Ae sat down, Peniel took a seat beside her.

“This date has been...perfect, simply perfect,” Jin Ae murmured to the boy.

“I have to agree. I had fun today with you Jin Ae,” Peniel smiled at the girl. “Jin Ae, thank you,” He began while smiling.

“No thank you for accepting it,” Jin Ae grinned.

“Jin Ae, I never thought a beautiful girl like you would ask me out like this. It entirely shocked me,” Peniel began while Jin Ae stared at him. “At first, I thought you were teasing me but...then I knew you weren’t.Thank you for asking me out like that. I got to learn more about you,” Peniel leaned towards Jin Ae and kissed her cheek ever so softly.

“Peniel...” Jin Ae began while staring at him with pink cheeks. Peniel leaned away and sat back on the seat. Jin Ae felt her heart thumped slightly but she knew this wasn’t right. She had Dong Jun. She couldn’t do anything that she would regret. She shook her head and looked away from Peniel.

Peniel observed the area and saw exotic yet beautiful flowers growing around them. He could feel the breeze brushing softly against his skin. He looked in the corner of his eye to seeing Jin Ae’s calm and smiling face. Peniel leaned down and pricked one of the flowers from beside him and twirled it around in his hand.

Jin Ae bit her lip and tried to calm down. She began thinking about Dong Jun and wondered what could he be doing right now. If he were to know that she did this, what could happen? She shook her head and pushed that thought out of her mind. Nothing has happened so far on this date. There is no kissing involved in any way. Only one cheek kiss and that’s it! Nothing more than that! Breathe Kim Jin Ae, just don’t get too cozy with Peniel.

Jin Ae suddenly felt a hand brush a part of her hair and placed it behind her ear. Jin Ae froze at the sudden touch. She shivered slightly when she felt Peniel placed an object in her hair. She looked and saw a blue flower beside her. Jin Ae blushed and looked at Peniel.

“You look beautiful,” Peniel murmured to her.

“T-thank you Peniel,” Jin Ae replied to him softly. Peniel smiled to her and gently wrapped an arm around her shoulder.

Jin Ae bit her lip at the sweet boy’s action. She knew she couldn’t - she couldn’t betray her lover but...would it be wrong to just enjoy this sweet moment? Peniel was just like a Prince; he treated her with gentle care and tended to her wants. Peniel was definitely...a rare opportunity to just keep at the moment. Who knows when she’ll be treated like this? As a rare jewel?

Jin Ae rested her head on his shoulder and just relaxed. She was at peace and right now, she didn’t want this moment to end. Peniel rested his head on top of hers and rubbed her arm softly.
