Lee Ji Eun is well known for the genius of Woolim high school and is a nerd. People ever bullied her but when they know she is the first top rank in school they became good to her. Of course not for become their true friend, just a 'friend' when they need something like project group, do their homework, or many things else. She has no true friend except Lee Sung Yeol.

She is his bestfriend since they are on secondary school. They both are nerds. Same like Ji Eun, no one wants to become his true friend. They just use him when they need something. 

Kim Myung Soo is the kingka of Woollim high. Many girls are drolling over him, including the queenkas but he never paid for them. He is tired of the girls because they are just like his physics, not what the real he is. He thinks how people can say they love or like him when they never talked? Yes, he never believed in 'love at the first sight' because he thinks it is not love, it's a just the effect feeling after they met someone who is good looking. Yes, he thinks it just applicable for those who are good looking.
