Ji eun POV

I woke up in a good mood this morning. I wanted to get out the house as fast as possible. I really wanted to meet him... I want to hear his voice again. I just... I just want to be with him. Even I don't even know what he looks like, his age... Or if he even has a girlfriend or not. Wait... Well it's not like I'm gonna date him anyways... I heard my mom and dad lightly bickering. I sighed.

I walked towards the door and then was stopped when someone grabbed my arm.

"Where are you going?" I heard my mom's voice

"I'm going to the park." I told her

"You can't. It's not safe for you." She said

"I have to go." I said, while thinking of Jongin

"I won't let you. Why do you have to go anyways?" She asked

"I'm meeting someone." I said and released myself from her grip and opened the door.

"Ji eun! Come back here!" I heard her shout. But I just kept walking

I understand that my mom is worried... But this might be my only chance of happiness. I stopped when I felt a bench, and sat on it. I wonder it he'll be here at this time. It's almost noon. Maybe he's not gonna be here yet...

After probably ten minutes I gave up on waiting and decided that I should just go home. I stood up but was pulled back down.

"Who's there?" I asked

"Can you tell who I am from hearing my voice?" The voice asked... And I knew exactly who it was...

"Kim Jongin..." I said almost as soft and quiet as a whisper

"So you do remember me then. Were you waiting for me?" He asked

"Uhh..." Should I tell him? Or should I just lie? Well... It would be weird if I said I was waiting for him to come...

"No... I just came here for fresh air." I lied

"Ohh... Is that so..." I heard a little dissapointment in his voice... What should I say next? I have no experience with these kinds of situations. Well. I actually had almost no experience with people. Ever since I became blind... My world became silent, aside from my parents.

"Well... What are you doing here?" I asked, hoping the awkwardness would dissapear

"Just to get fresh air too I guess." He sighed

"Ummm... Do you want to ride the swings?" I asked out of the blue because I couldn't stand the tension

"Well... Can you? I mean... Will you be alright?" He asked. Ofcourse... I'm blind so... How could I ride the swings right?

"Yeah. I'll just sit down and you'll just push me. Don't worry. I won't get hurt or anything." I reassured him

"Ok then... Let's go." He said and took my hand. But this time... I didn't say anything, because I didn't mind it. In fact, I kind of liked it.

I sat down on the swing and held onto the handles tightly. I released a sigh.

"Ok... I'm ready." I said

"Ok then. One, two, three!" He said as he pushed me

"Wahhhhhhh!!! This feels amazing!" I shouted

"Haha, that's good to know. But what are you gonna do this summer?" He asked

"This summer?" I wondered... What was I gonna do?

"I don't know..." I said

"Well, if you don't know... Would you like to spend the summer with me?" He asked with a hint of nervousness in his voice.

"W-With you?!" I asked suprised from the sudden question

"Y-Yeah, but if you don't want to then forget it!" He quickly said

"No! I would love to! I want to!" I said

The swing started to slow down and soon stopped. We both just sat there quietly. Nothing to say to eachother. I got off the swing and started looking for my cane. Where did he put it? While looking for it I tripped over something. But instead of feeling woodchips on my face. I felt something different. I started to feel the place I fell at.

"Uhhh... Are you ok?" I heard Jongin's voice... Wait... Don't tell me I'm where I think I am... Am I on top of him?! I stood up stumbling a little bit and brushed my clothes.

"I'm so sorry! Are you hurt? I mustv'e been really heavy!" I apologized

"I'm fine. And don't worry. You're as light as a feather." He chuckled

"I'm Sorry..." I said once more

"Stop apologzing. I aslready said I'm fine. And here." He said and handed my cane back to me.

"T-Thank you. Are you sure you're not hurt?" I asked

"Yeah... I'm fine." He said, I went towards his direction and felt his arms,

"Ouch." He muttered

"You are hurt!" I exclaimed

"It's just a couple scratches. Don't worry." He said pulling his arms away from me

"I'm sorry... Maybe i should stop bothering you... I'm just a burden." I said as my eyes felt watery

"You sure like to apologize don't you. It's fine... I'm doing because I want to, so don't worry." He said and patted my head, then I heard a rather high and loud voice.

"Oppa!" It was a female voice

Jongin POV

"Oppa!" Krystal shouted as she ran towards me.

"Oh. Soojung! What are you doing here?" I asked her

"Just here to walk. What are you doing here?" She asked me 

"Just getting fresh air, and hanging out with this person." I looked towards to Ji eun

"Who's that?" Krystal asked

"My friend." I told her

"Freind? Just a friend?" She asked eyeing me suspiciously

"Y-Yeah." I said avoiding her gaze, then she went up to Ji eun,

"Yah, who are you and what are you to Jongin oppa?" She asked, but Ji eun didn't react

"Yah! I asked you who you are and you're just gonna ignore me?!" Krystal yelled

"A-Are you talking to me?" Ji eun trembled in fear from Krystal yelling

"Yah! Don't yell at her!" I scolded Krystal

"Oppa~! Why are you taking her side? She's the one ignoring me!" She pointed at Ji eun

"I-I'm sorry. I didn't know you were talking to me... Uhh... My name is Lee Ji eun, and I'm sixteen currently. And my relationship with Jongin is... Well, we're friends I guess." She said and bowed

"Yah, I'm over here. What's wrong with you? Can you not see? Are you blind or something?" She asked mockingly

Ji eun was taken back from the sudden question and tone of Krystal's voice.

"Yah, stop being so rude. And yes. She is blind." I told Krystal

"Really? She really is?!" Kyrstal asked in complete shock

"Y-Yeah... I am... Are you perhaps Jongin's girlfriend?" She asked

"N-...Actually.. Yes I am." Krystal said in a proud voice. I rolled my eyes

"No. We are not dating! Definetely not. She's just a friends." I said 

"O-Oh... Well, nice to meet you... Uhh..." 

"It's Krystal." Krystal said

"Nice to meet you Kyrstal." Ji eun said with a smile

"Well, let's go walk around." I said and took hold of one of Ji eun's hand

"Oh, ok then." Ji eun said and started walking with me

"Oppa! What about me?" Krystal whined

"I never said you couldn't come." I said to her

"Then let me hold your hand to!" She said cheerfuly and took my other hand. Both my hands were occupied...

"I'll let go of your hand then... It must be uncomfortable anyways." Ji eun said and let go of my hand

I was going to tell her it was fine, but Krystal nudged me towards her and instead of holding my hand. She was hugging my arm.

Krystal's POV

That girl... I'm not gonna let her have my Jongin oppa at all! I'm not gonna pity her of be nice to her just because she's blind! Why is Jongin oppa even helping her? I mean, he is the nicest and handsomest guy I have ever met. But that doesn't mean that he has to take care of her.Did she threaten him? Don't tell me... She is blackmailing him isn't she?!

I'm gonna make sure this girl never gets her hands on Jongin oppa... I stood on the side that Ji eun was on, that way I'd be in between them. I slyly put my front in front and tripped Ji eun.

"Agghhhhh!" Ji eun screamed as she fell onto the ground, hmph, serves her right.

"Ji eun! Are you ok." Jongin oppa immidietly went to help her

"I'm sure she's fine, right?" I faked a smile

"Ummm... Yeah... I'm fine. I must've tripped on something... Clumsy me." She said as Jongin oppa helped her stand up

I guess this means we're rivals then Lee Ji eun... But sorry to say this, but I'm gonna be the one with Jongin oppa in the end. To bad you won't be able to see it happen.

Ji eun POV

That Krystal girl must really hate me... But, what have I ever done to her? Maybe it's because I left a bad impression. I feel bad about earlier though. I kinda ignored her... She and Jongin must be really close though. I mean, she did say they were dating... But Jongin rejected it. Maybe they both like eachother... That's too bad... Wait, no, no, no I can't be thinking like that. I've only met this guy for a day! How could I possibly be having feelings for him? Right... I'm just... I'm just... I don't know anymore...

Maybe I do like him... He's like the only guy that has even bothered to talk to me even though I'm blind. But... he's probably just pitying me. And maybe he's just doing it out of generosity, or like most people.... Playing around with me... Right... I can't overstep my boundaries. I'm only a blind girl, and he's just a guy helping me well, maybe he might just be having fun watching me struggle. There's nothing other than that... *Sigh*

"Is something wrong?" Jongin asked me

"No." I simply said

"Are you sure." He asked

"Yeah... I think I wanna go home now." I said

"I'll take you." He said

"No. It's fine... You don't need to." I told him

"Yeah oppa. She said she'll be ok so just let her be." Krystal said

"Well, are you sure you'll be ok?" He asked

"Yeah, I'll be going now... Bye." I said and started walking away... While walking I thought he was going to come running to me... But I guess I shouldn't be expecting anything from this... And nothing more than this... A blind girl, and a guy
