Fifteen
Three Love StoriesChapter Fifteen:
Heechul watched one of the customers of the café hit his head on the table for the third time since he made his order with raised eyebrows.
The customer was fair-skinned and had brown hair. Heechul had been observing him for a while. He was talking with the boy in front of him. The boy seemed to be teasing the other and taking pictures with his phone.
“Yah! Byun Baekhyun, what are you doing?” The customer said getting up from his seat.
The other customers were staring at them. Heechul swore under his breath then walked over to the customer again. He placed his arm on the customer’s shoulder.
“Sir, you and your friend would have to leave.” Heechul told the customer.
“I know. Just give me a few…” The customer started to say as he turned around and faced Heechul.
The customer’s face was full of shock and for a moment, he wasn’t able to say anything.
“It can’t be. It’s impossible.” The customer said continuing to stare at Heechul in shock.
Heechul raised an eyebrow and let out a frustrated sigh.
“Sir, I know my handsomeness might seem like a shock to you and I am flattered by the thought, but I still would like for you and your friend to leave. You are scaring away our customers.” Heechul said to him.
Heechul told him while pointing at the door.
“Is he someone you know Lay?” The other customer asked.
The customer didn’t answer and just kept staring at Heechul.
“Heenim-hyung! The boss is on the phone.” The cashier shouted at Heechul.
Heechul gave the customer one last look before walking towards the counter. Heechul took the phone from Hyun, the café’s cashier and answered.
“What do you want now?” Heechul answered knowing well what the answer was.
“Is Han Kyung there?” Boss asked over the phone.
Heechul rolled his eyes and made a face. Lee Junseok, the only son of the owner of the café had a crush on Han Kyung. He had been pestering Heechul to set the two up for a date. Heechul would have done it a long time ago, if he actually wanted Junseok and Han Kyung to date. But the truth of the matter was, Heechul hated the guy. He was a stuck up snob, arrogant and full of himself. Heechul actually tried to be civil with Junseok but after a few meetings with him, Heechul was dead on despising Junseok for all of eternity.
“No.” Heechul said controlling his voice so it would not sound that he was irritated.
“Where is he then?” Junseok asked impatiently.
“He’s at Mars probably trying to get away from you.” Heechul replied sarcastically rolling his eyes.
“Mars? Is that a new café?” Junseok asked again oblivious to Heechul’s sarcasm.
Heechul rolled his eyes again and stopped himself from losing his temper. Apart from being stuck up and arrogant, Junseok has the brain of a chicken. Nope. A chicken would be smarter. A chicken actually uses its brain. Junseok doesn’t bother.
“I don’t have time to talk to you right now. I still have actual work to do.” Heechul said with a huff.
“Wait! Don’t hang up. Tell me where Han Kyung is…”
Heechul didn’t hesitate to hang up on Junseok. Heechul was about to go back to his post when a hand grabbed his arm. Heechul turned around and saw the customer that was making a racket look at him with wide eyes.
“Yah! What the hell are you doing?” Heechul asked looking at the guy.
“M-Master Heechul… I… is it really you?” The guy asked him.
“Do I know you?” Heechul asked back ignoring the fact that the he just called him master.
The guy said nothing and just stared at Heechul like he was in a trance. Heechul took his arm away and decided that he was just plain weird. Heechul had other things to do.
After work, Heechul and Han Kyung met outside the school that Han Kyung was teaching part-time.
“Your stalker was on the phone asking for you again.” Heechul said when he saw him.
Han Kyung gave a deep sigh and ran a hand through his face.
“Did you tell him that you will be meeting up with me?” Han Kyung asked worriedly.
“No.” Heechul said walking ahead of Han Kyung.
Han Kyung breathed a sigh of relief then walked faster so he could walk beside Heechul.
“Thanks.” Han Kyung told him.
Heechul stopped walking and faced Han Kyung. He couldn’t keep it any longer. He had to tell Han Kyung what he felt otherwise, he would explode. He couldn’t explain why he was so pissed off all of a sudden. Junseok always bothered Han Kyung and Heechul was growing tired of it.
“Why don’t you just tell that ***h*** that you are not interested in him?” Heechul asked placing his hands on his hips.
Han Kyung stopped walking as well and raised his hands in surrender. Junseok was a pain in his side. Junseok had met Han Kyung when he went with Heechul to apply as a waiter in the café. Han Kyung was unfortunately Junseok’s type and thus was the object of Junseok’s obsession.
“I did so man
