Two Peas in a Pod
A Grand AdventureYunho's POV
“Ahjussi~~”
I briefly tore my eyes away from the paper I was reading when I heard my wife's airy voice calling for me. I watched as she danced her way into the living room before standing in front of me. “Hm?” I replied.
She batted her eyelashes flirtatiously, an act she does just to bug me since she knew how much affect that little action had on me. I reached a hand out to her, silently telling her to come sit beside me. “What are you doing?” She asked, allowing for me to pull her onto the couch next to me.
“I was reading.” I replied, placing the newspaper aside as I gave Sunhee my full attention.
“What were you reading?” She continued to ask questions, her curiosity always overpowering the rest of her personality traits. I smiled, willingly answering the girl. “The newspaper.”
Sunhee hummed, curling up into a ball as she pressed herself against me and stared out the large windows covering the walls. The skies were a dreary gray and the wind was blowing, the trees rustling about.
“Aw.” A whined escaped my wife's lips. “What?” I asked and looked down at the girl, wondering what caught her attention. Sunhee stared out the window with a pout, pulling away from the hug. ““It's raining now.” I flinched when she scrambled off the couch and began galloping towards the windows. Please don't get hurt.
I kept a watchful eye on her, monitoring her movements closely to make sure she wouldn't hurt herself. I watched as she pressed her hands against the glass and stared off, watching the rain drizzle down. A cord of concern struck when Sunhee turned around swiftly, nearly bumping her stomach into a sharp corner table that held a vase.“Yah.” I scold. “Be careful.”
“Ahjussi.” She came running at me in an alarming speed, eliciting a gasp from my lips. “Sunhee, please be-”
“I'm bored.” My wife declared with a childish pout. I pulled her down on the couch when she was near and kept a firm hold on her, pressing her tight against my side to assure she wouldn't go anywhere and worry me. “What do you want to do?” I asked. Her fingers danced along the fabric of my jeans as she hummed in contemplation. “Can we go swimming?”
“Okay.” Of course I agreed. Since when could I say no? “Go put your bathing suit on.”
“Lets go together.” Sunhee grasped my rough hands into her soft ones and lead us down the hall, making it into the bedroom, and then the closet. “Don't wear a bikini.” I ordered when I saw her hands reaching for that certain compartment.
“Why?” She didn't bother listen. What's new? Sunhee rummaged through different bikini sets until she found a teal one. “No.” I tossed the thing aside. “You can't wear a bikini because you're pregnant.”
Sunhee sighed, “This again?”
“It isn't appropriate.” I defended with a huff. “Wear shorts and a tank top.”
“Ahjussi, no one will hit on me.” Sunhee protested with an eye roll. She proceeded to undress before me, not at all shy of the reveal. “I'm a pregnant woman.”
“I'm serious, Sunhee. I don't...want...” I became distracted as she was now , slipping off her pajamas. “You shouldn't...” Oh my god...
“Go get ready, ahjussi.” She nodded to my side of the closet. “The faster you get ready, the sooner we can go.”
