“I feel weird. This dress is not for me.” Jessie said “It looks good on you. You look beautiful.” Hana said “Hana, are you trying to get back at me. This is not fair. I’ll wear my jeans and work.” Jessie complained “Yah, get out of the room so I can take a look. All bridesmaids are wearing the same dress and it looks good on them.” Hana shouted. Jessie made a crying sound. “Should I call Joon? He’ll know how to get you out.”  Hana threatened “No, he can’t see you. I’m coming out, don’t laugh.” Jessie said. She slowly opened up the door and stepped out. Everybody stared at her. She panicked and ran back to the room closed the door and lied under the bed. “Jessie, you’re the photographer. You need to go to the wedding place before everyone. You can’t lock yourself in there for good. I’ll tell joon to come up if you don’t stop acting like a baby.” Hana shouted angrily. Someone knocked on the door “Who is it?” Hana’s mother said “It’s Joon, ma’am.” “Oh, you can’t come in son.” “I’m worried about Jessie is she okay?”  He said. Hana and her mother exchanged looks. Hana’s face turned red. “You can’t come. Tell Sun-ho what you want and he can tell her.” She shouted angrily. “Hana, I know you’re jealous.” “Why would I?” “I also know that made her a short dress even though I told you not to. I’ll go get Sun-ho.” Joon said. A few silent moments followed then he said “But I wanted to remind you, you’re the kind, warm side in this relation.”

“How can he know her so much, mum?” Hana said “They knew each other for years. It’s okay honey. They’re friends and I’m sure she stood by him that is why he cares about her. You don’t need to be jealous. And Hana I know you’re a good girl with a beautiful heart, did you do what Joon said?” Hana’s mother said “No, I didn’t mean to. I forgot to tell the tailor. I only remembered yesterday. Joon thought I did it on purpose. How can say something like that today?” Hana said hugging her mother. There was a knock on the door “Can I come in?” Sun-ho said. “Yes please” Hana said. Sun-ho walked in. Hana pointed to the other room “She is in there.” She said. He smiled “You look gorgeous. You don’t need to worry about Jessie. Smile, it is your day.” Sun-ho said then he left the room and knocked on Jessie’s room from outside. “Jessie, are you in there?” he said softly “Go away.” She cried “Let me in. I brought you another dress.” He said “Put it in front of the door and leave.” “No, I want to talk to you first.” “What do you want to say?” “Why don’t you like the dress?” “It looks weird. I look ugly.” “No, you don’t. I’m sure of that. It is not the dress that you’re worried about, right?  Let me see. If you don’t look great I’ll tell you to change.” “No, you’re going to lie.” “I promise I won’t, please let me in.” he said in a kind warm voice “I’ll open the door. Count to 10 then come in.” She said. Sun-ho did as he was told. He entered the room, Jessie was nowhere in sight. He called her twice, he only heard a whisper. “Are you hiding under the bed?” He said laughing “Get out Jessie, this is too childish.” He said. She made him promise not to laugh. She rolled from under the bed then she stood up. He turned to look at her. She was wearing a strapless short purple dress; her hair was made into an elegant bun. She looked beautiful that he couldn’t speak. He just stared at her. Suddenly, he heard the clicking of a camera. Jessie laughed loudly. She saw her reflection in the mirror, panicked and hid under the bed again. Sun-ho laughed “Why are you hiding? You look gorgeous.” He said “It’s weird. I can see the stupid scar.” She said in an annoyed voice. “What scar? I didn’t see anything? Get out.” He said. She stood next to him in front of the mirror. “Really you can’t see it.” She asked “I wouldn’t even know you had one if you didn’t say.” He said. She punched him “You are beautiful. Believe in that, always.” He said patting her shoulder. She hugged him. “Joon said I should give this to you.” He gave her a bag that had bandages and a note. She read the note and laughed. “He knows I like to take photos from weird angels. He sent the bandages so I can move freely. He should’ve sent a pair of jeans.” There was a knock on the door. Hana opened the door slowly “Can I come in?” she said. Jessie smiled widely “Please do” “I’m sorry, Joon warned me about the dress.” Jessie interrupted Hana “Don’t apologize and don’t pay much attention to what I say when I’m panicked. About Joony, I understand how you’re feeling but I want you to know that he’s like a brother to me. We helped each other through a lot. That is why we’re close; I don’t want you to have any doubts.” Jessie said then she hugged Hana “I wish you two all the happiness in the world.” Jessie said “Thanks” Hana said. Sun-ho smiled. Jessie turned to him “Would you like to be my date?” she said. Sun-ho’s eyes grew wide “What are you thinking about?” Hana said. He shook his head “Of course, that would be a pleasure.” He said. Jessie linked arms with him and they walked out of the room.

Joon went upstairs, everybody left to the hotel. Only he and Hana were there. He the music and the soft melody played

“Hana, I know that I’m not good at choosing words. I say stupid things and I hurt your feelings without meaning it. And I’m sorry that I did this on a day like today. I know that you forget telling the tailor. I understand you had a lot of things to do. I know you’re jealous. Jessie didn’t have an easy life and she was there for me at a very hard time. But she is my little sister, you can’t be jealous because of her. I’m sorry if I made you feel bad.” Joon said. Hana opened the door “Who said I was mad or sad? I’m getting married to the man that I love, the man that I would fight the world to be with.” She said. Joon stared at her then he grinned and hugged her. “I love you” she whispered to him “Me too, I love you.” He whispered back.
