Well…this was interesting.

Things were a little….intense.

Sehun stares at Luhan. Lu Han stares back with narrowed eyes. Kris is just staring at his own reflection on the back of the spoon. Baekhyun looks back and forth between everybody and cheerfully dumps salt in all the drinking glasses.

“I refuse to accept this.” Sehun says in a flat voice.

“Refuse all you want, this is a fact.” Lu Han counters back.

“You have enough wrinkles near your eyes to hide a million Korean won in.”

“Well, that’s much better than constantly looking like there’s poop under my nose. ”

“Guys! Come on!” Chanyeol tries to intervene with a placating voice. It backfires on him when both their heads swivel in his direction with narrowed eyes. Baekhyun snickers and whips out his phone to record the scene.

“Fine, then. You decide! Who do you think is the handsomest between the 2 of us?” Sehun demands.

“Obviously it’s me.” Lu Han smiles a sickeningly sweet smile at Sehun then turns to hiss at Chanyeol-“I will spill all of your secrets if you don’t agree!”

Chanyeol's head swivels between the 2 of them and he flounders helplessly. “Baekhyun, man, help me out here!”

“Nope!” Baekhyun zooms in on Sehun’s face, who snarls at the camera. “This is gold!”

“I – well…, you know it doesn’t really matter what I think, right. I’m nobody, ha ha ha, nobody, so, like-”

“Who is it? Lu Han or me?” Sehun says in a dangerous voice. Chanyeol nervously looks at sehun’s hand which is wrapped around a shiny fork and then at Lu Han’s hand which is pointing a sharp chopstick in the direction of his face.

“I’m going to die~! I mean, I think that, you know-” Chanyeol is breaking out in cold sweat and his face is unnaturally red.

“Enough!” Kris’s voice booms out suddenly. “The answer is obvious. I’m the handsomest of us all. There, done!” and with that the whole table immediately settles down – well, all except for Baekhyun.

“Oh man.” He says with great dismay looking down at his phone. “You ruined it, Kris. why couldn’t you just let them beat each other up – imagine all the views I could have gotten on Youtube! Die, Kris, die!”

Kris just grins and flicks a drop of water at Baekhyun’s head as Chanyeol sinks low in his seat almost dizzy with relief.

“Oh my god. This is the worst idea I have ever had in my life. I should never have put all you guys in the same room at the same time.”

“Oh, well, I don’t know. That perm you got in college was a pretty bad decision.” Baekhyun says thoughtfully.

“Mmmm, and remember that time when he thought it was a good idea to start a English rap club in high school?” Lu Han adds.

“Ohhh, and what about that time when he made that bet with who’s-his-name and lost and had to dance to Girls’ Generation in his underwe-” chanyeol lunges across the table and slams his hand over Baekhyun’s mouth.

“That never happened!” he says vehemently to Sehun, who has suddenly got a devilish smirk on his face.

“whatdduya mean no, I shtill haff the bideo-” Baekhyun tries to say from behind Chanyeol's palm.

Sehun leans across the table. “Maybe we can come to a deal.”

Baekhyun spits out one of Chanyeol's fingers that had poked into his mouth. “what are you offering in exchange?”

Sehun shrugs. “Total humiliation of Chanyeol. Never letting him live this down. Possibly showing it to my cousin, etc etc”

“Deal!” Baekhyun declares.

“worst idea ever.” Chanyeol whispers pitifully at Lu Han, who shrugs and smiles.

 “I don’t know I’m kind of starting to get why you talk about him all the time.”

Sehun’s head turns in their direction so fast Chanyeol swears he can hear it crick. “He does?” there is a sudden light in Sehun’s eyes that makes Chanyeol feel all weird inside.
