The tall guy with his white clothes walk to his father in the lobby with a smile.

"How are you doing Dad?"

"I can't sleep that well last night. But don't worry! This old man still okay!"

The boy chuckled.

Now he know where he get the ice glare and cold.

It's from his mother. His mother are cold and have a scary glare and Yoong have it but his father are different. Tiffany have the blood of his father. 

Cheerful lovely kind and...childish.

"So ready for your check up?"

"Ready from I was born!"

The boy smile again.

"Where's Miyoung?!"

The boy laugh again while walking with his father.

"Why you called Tiffany noona as Miyoung! She love her English name"

"But I love her Korean name"

So childish. Thought Yoong.

It's morning, 09:35. But the blonde girl still fall in her beautiful dream.

A smile can be seen on her face.

But than tragedy came.

"UNNIE WAKE UP!!!!"

Slowly her eyes open and the smile she use to have gone.

She glare at her sister and the younger girl just smile and walk out.

Another sigh can be hear inside the small room.

She thought she would wake up in the hospital room with her doctor beside her.

But no.

She's home now and what's in the past has gone now.

She won't be that often to see her doctor.

The blonde girl look out to the balcony and smile.

Something that make her feel happy if she look out from the window.

Like it's a way to the freedom.

Her smile bigger and bigger as she quickly wash up and go downstairs to eat her breakfast.

"Woahh Sooyeon where are you going?"

"Somewhere"

She bite her bread and smile.

"I'm done! Bye!"

"Wait! Jeong Suk haven't came yet Sooyeon!"

"I have car mom! Bye!"

Her mom and her sister stare at each other with a question inside their mind.

"He's gonna be alright. Trust me"

"I'm just afraid he won't be able to stay with me anymore"

"Do you think I would go back to my mom?"

The tall guy just look away to avoid the young boy gaze.

"Doctor Im!"

"Yes?"

"We have patient alert"

"Okay. Hyung tell my father I have something to do okay?"

the boy left so quickly with the nurse follow him.

Sooyoung knew how hard being a doctor.

His friend always dream to be a doctor and now he's here with his friend.

He know how Yoong work so hard to make every patient he have stay alive and continue their own life.

But sometimes god say the opposite.

"Sooyoung-sshi!"

The boy walk with his head down to the floor.

He feel desperate.

Another patient die.

And he can't save him anymore.

Everything he did can't save him anymore.

Another tough day.

The boy smile.

Now they both are looking up to the dark sky.

Stars bright.

There's a lot of stars up there and Yoong love it so do the girl.

"I have a tough day"

"What is it? Would you mind to tell me?"

"Another patient die and I can't save it"

The girl stare at his face. And he can tell how sad he is.

"Everytime every minute there's always in this whole world people die. Because of sickness because of accident and many thing that cause us death. You have done a very good thing and you don't have to worry about it"

The boy smile.

"Thank you"

The two people hug each other to comfort each other under the dark sky.

As they didn't know, someone watching them.

"You thought you're the only one suffer? I'm suffer too. Suffer to let go of her"
