The next time I saw you at the teachers' office, I wasn't shocked or surprised anymore.
The teacher sighed and told me, "if you don't want to study, then quit school. Look at your grades."
I apologized and walked out. It isn't that I don't want to study, I just couldn't understand anything. Hopefully the teacher wouldn't call my parents about meeting them. My parents would waste no efforts in flying back from America.
Sitting down on the bench, I cried. I felt guilty towards my parents, if they knew how badly I was doing now, they would be so hurt.
After lifelessly being in school, my friends shouted towards me, "Jessica, your parents came."
I stood up, ran to the office and overhead the conversation.
"Her grades are one of the worst in our school, and as parents why didn't you do anything about it?"
"She was still dating Donghae from B class."
"How did you educate your daughter?"
They spoke a lot and I couldn't exactly remembered their contents, I only knew when my parents came out, omma have me a tight slap.
"We left you in Korea and trusted you. Jessica, Wae?"
I didn't rebut, or resist, I only bowed my head down and followed them.
Appa suddenly turned back and asked me, "where is class B?"
I looked up and tears came out, I could listen to my own voice, "appa, I realised my mistakes, can we go home?"
