CHAP 7 1-4-3

“WHAT?!” Yeah, I already knew what kind of respons would I get from this certain brunette. “Sheez, no need to scream you know, You just attracted all the attention here,” I warned her which calmed her a little

“But, what? How?” Nana replied in outburst. I just told Nana everything that just happened yesterday

“Like I said, it’s just happen,” I replied nonchalant

“So, you are an item now?” I nodded happily as a reply. Yes, we’re an item now though we didn’t announce it officially nor she replied my “I love you”

Nana sighed heavily that caught my attention. I raised my left eyebrow at her. “I never said I like her, to refresh your memories. I just said that I might gave her a chance to be with you since she can make you happy,” she exclaimed defensively. I chuckled. “I also never say that you did say that,”

“But, congrats,” she suddenly being so hyper and hugged me tightly and giggling. Yeah, I’m so content with what I had now

There was a click sound followed by the sound of the engine was turned off. She took off her helmet and twisted her body slightly to stare at me who sat behind her still with arms around her waist.

“Will you come in?” I asked sheepishly when we arrived in front of my house.

She looked thoughtful before she turned of her bike engine. “But, aren’t your parents home?”

I shook my head dismissively. “Well, I guess you already knew how they barely at home,” I said nonchalantly. “So, please,” I clasped my hands and begged while showing my eyesmile. She thought hard for awhile before she slumped her shoulder and replied. “Fine”. And then, she followed me like an obdient kitten into my house. I threw my body into the comfy sofa before motioned her to sit beside me. She obdiently walked and sat beside me.

I looked at her. “So, can I ask you something?” I asked bluntly

She raised her left eye brow before nodded, beckoned me to continue.

“Will you be honest with me?” I asked again, more serious this time

She nodded.

“Can you tell me about Aina?” I asked her carefully while watching her face. I saw her expression hardened. I couldn’t read neither tell what was in her mind. I was waiting for her while seeing her expressionm hardened every single minute. I thought I crossed the line. I smiled a little, a force one before said, “Er, nevermind. Let's just say I never asked that”. I let out an awkward laugh.

Her expression didn’t change at all, but right after I said that, it’s softening. She smiled gently before apologize. “I’m sorry. I guess I’m not ready to tell you,” she said and hung her head low

Gently I pulled her into a hug. I dug my nose into her soft-short hair and sniffed her shampoo fragrance. I love how she smelt. I caressed her back delicately while waiting for her to speak. She snuggled to the nape of my neck.

“Thank you, my little dummy,” she broke the hug and my head playfully

“I just comforted you and here was the reward, to be called dummy,” I pouted and crossed my arm

She chuckled before turned into serious mode. “I promise I will tell you when...everything is under control,” I sighed defeatedly. “Then you have to make it up for me,” I exclaimed. She looked at me, kinda surprise before nodded as an agreement. “Let's go for a date tomorrow!” I announced happyly

She open-mouthed before closed it and nodded weakly. “Guess I can’t do anything about it,” the “beaten” kitten sighed heavily

I pumped my fist in the air and danced in happiness with gleaming eyes. She was looking at me while shaking her head,  still stunned with my antics.
It’s our first date! But, wait....

“Can I ask you once again?”

“Yes?”

“Did you love Aina?”

There was a painful silence filled up the room.

“Yes, I loved her,”

That immediately removed all my happiness. I tensed and my body fozen. I back-facing her while holding my tears to come out. She loved Aina but she never utter any single word to me. It hurt so much. But then, two stong arms sneaked into my waist and held me tight. “I haven’t finish,” my body loosen up a bit and wait for her to continue. “I definitely loved her, but I loved her only as a sister. She was like an older sister to me. She was my bestest friend. She was my everything until you came around. Your present disturbing a lot. I never thought that I would care to someone again since she left me but in the end I did. I let a certain annoyingly painfully beautiful girl sneaked into my heart and my life and introduced me to the love that I almost forgotten. She slayed me until the point where I want to stay my whole life with her,” she whispered tenderly

I elbowed her. “You are a huge cheese ball,”

“Because you know what,” she added, “I.love.you,” and pecked my right cheek tenderly.
