I opened the door and it wasnt uncle but it was.... 

... Chinen?

"Ano..Ohayou Chinen-kun."

"Ohayou... May I come in?"

"Ah, sure, dozo."

'I wonder why he is here?'

He then sat on the big couch while i sat in the recliner.

"Not to be rude, demo...why are you here? or what do you need?"

"Actually, i'm not expecting anything from you."

"E-eh?"

"I guess i just need someone to talk too.."

'Why me though?'

"oh. Okay, whats wrong?"

"It's my cousin..."

"What happened to your cousin?"

"She..got cancer a few years ago-"

"I am so sorry she had to go through that."

"Yeah, well she doesnt have to go that anymore..."

"You mean that-"

"She passes away. My-" Chinen's head dropped and tears fell from his cheeks. "My cousin is dead!" he exclaimed.

"I-I'm so sorry for your loss" I bowed. I started to get watery eyes too. 

Chinen, i am truly sorry for what has happened. Losing someone you really care for . I would say something to calm you down but i will just listen.

"Here" I sat next to him and patted my shoulder.

"E-eh?" Chinen said all confused and sniffing.

"You can cry on my shoulder. Scream, yell, shout, or jsut vent. I'll listen."

He looked at me like if i was serious.

"Fine." I stood up and was about to walk away, until he tugged on my sweater and told me to stay.

He then dumped all his tears on my sweater. and was shouting "why" and breaking down even more. Poor kid.

Chinen was like this for an hour or two. Once he stopped we ate lunch, and i occupied him with a board game and we played mario kart. 

Psh, he was back to normal and started to be all competative and won all the games. Well, at least i thought he was back to normal. He broke down, AGAIN.

and then was fine and then he cried AGAIN. 

This odd cycle went on until around dinner time and he decided to go home. I think he was fine now....

"Ah, Kazumi-chan, I think my mom wants me home now.." Chinen put down the wii controller.

"Aw~ Okay! demo...are you going to tell your mom that you went to a girls house? Hahahah!"

"Ehhhh!? NONONONo, i will just tell her that wen to Ryosuke-kun's house."

"By the way why did you go to my house and not Ryosuke's?"

"He cannot listen."

"Ah, well im not that better of a listener then he is."

"You were a better listener, dont worry"

"If you say so... " I opened the door for Chinen.

"Ryosuke-kun?" Chinen said out of the blue.

"Eh?" i looked at chinen pointing at the front door.

I looked at the door and saw ryosuke looking all confused.

"Ah, Ryosuke, what are you doing here?" i said sarcasstically.

"What is Chinen doing here?" he said all serious.

"Ja ne~ Kazumi-chan, thanks for everything!" Chinen bowed and ran away so he wouldnt be involved in Ryosuke's and Kazumi's new argument.

"Dozo." i said to Ryosuke.

"Why was Chinen here?" Ryosuke sounded like he was jealous.

"Are you jealous?" I laughed.

"Answer me question" he gave me a death glare.

"Ah-well, this morning-"

"Why is your shoulder all damp and why is the blanket on your couch all messed up?"

"Eh? let me explain!" i laughed.

"Hayaku!"

"Chinen came over and-"

"Oh my god, what did you do?"

"EHHH? what do you mean?"

"I am leaving!"

"Um okay?"

And then he ran out of my house.

I deeply sighed.

After Ryosuke left, he has been giving me death glares.

What a weirdo. He misunderstood big time.

He cannot listen at all.

At school, Chinen was looking all done..AGAINN.

"Chinen, daijoubu?"

"The funeral was yesterday"

"Oh" is all i said.

Then he started having tears just about to pour out.

"Oi, Oi, Oi, Oi, Oi! Dont fricken cry here! Damn it, be a man!" i smacked his head. [not hard tho, dont worry]

"*sniff*sniff* Your right, Kazumi-chan."

Chinen wipped his tears, stood up and shouted, "Genki, des!"

"What the? Sit down" i said to him and ruffled his hair.

"Hmph" i heard a familiar voice behind me.

"Nani?" i turned around and saw ryosuke giving me, once again, another death glare.

"Can i explain?" i asked himm

"No"

By the next week i gave up on even asking Ryosuke.

Chinen came up to me and i told him what happened and he laughed.

"Oi, i told you not to laugh!" i pouted.

"I will talk to him, happy?"

"Houtoni? thankssss~"

"Yeah, Yeah, Yeah, i owe from the last week anyways."

"Oh okay"

"Jaaa ne!"  Chinen left to find Ryosuke.
