-Earlier That Day-

Baekhyun’s POV

I woke up to the sound of birds chirping outside, as I opened my eyes to welcome a new day. I smiled at the beauty of the morning glow shining upon me. Excitingly, I got out of bed and walked straight to the bathroom.

After about an hour and a half of getting ready, I walked downstairs; and ate breakfast. Then, I grabbed my bag and keys; then walked to my car and drove off. Today is my first day at SM Academy and I’m really excited to meet new people. I wonder if there are any cute guys, probably a ton. I giggled at the thought, “Maybe I’ll meet the one.”

After minutes of driving, I finally arrived at the academy; I got out and walked to the entrance.  I slowly opened the door and walked in, “Wow…It’s big”.  Unfortunately, I wasn’t looking where I was going and bumped into somebody….

“Hey! You need watch where you’re going.” He said with a slightly irritated voice, I apologized and replied,” I am so sorry, I wasn’t pa-”.

He rudely interrupted me before I could finish, “Oh you better be you freaking nerd.” After making his rude comment, he walked off. I scoffed as I started walking to the main office, “What the hell is his problem? “

After quite a few minutes, I finally got my schedule and was escorted to my first class.

-Fast Forward to Present Time-

Wow…he’s really a cutie, I thought as I turned around to face the board. I think I may have made a new friend. Just then, the door opened and a two guy entered; one was super tall and the other had toned skin. All the girls in the class started to squeal over their hotness,as the two took their seats. I quickly nudged Kyungsoo, “Hey Soo, who are they?”.

“They’re both kingkas, that’s Park Chanyeol” He pointed to the tall one then he pointed to the toned one, “And that’s Kim Jongin or as he likes to be called, Kai”. Wow that Chanyeol guy is hot and that Kai guy too. I noticed Kyungsoo stared at Kai in a dazed way.  I chuckled, “You like Kai, huh?”

He blushes and nodded, “Yeah… I’ve known him since middle school.”  I smiled brightly, “I can see why you like him, he’s pretty hot.”

“Yeah…” He replied with slight sadness in his voice, and sighed, “But he’s popular and I’m just a loser, kingkas and nerds never mix” I frowned, “Yah… that’s not true”.

“You are not a loser, Kyungsoo… don’t believe things like that.” I said as he smiled softly, “Thanks Baehyun.”
