Ch-Chanyeol? Baekhyun began to scratch at the door and whimpered. Chanyeol? Chanyeol! Chanyeol! Baekhyun kept scratching at the door as large crocodile tears appeared in the corners of his eyes. Now that Chanyeol was gone, who was going to snuggle with him? Who would kiss him on the head and tell him he was a good boy?

All throughout his shift, Chanyeol couldn’t help thinking about Baekhyun. He didn’t want to leave him alone.

Chanyeol, careful. Don’t drop that stack like you did last time. Chanyeol snapped from his thoughts and nodded at his manager, Do Kyungsoo. Not wanting to get fired from his job on the first day, Chanyeol diligently placed the books in their rightful places.

At 3 pm, Kyungsoo let Chanyeol go home, telling him that he did well for his first day. Chanyeol raced home and unlocked the door, but was stopped about halfway. Very carefully, Chanyeol slipped through the crack and peeked around the door to see what was stopping it. There on the floor was, Chanyeol assumed, sleeping Baekhyun.

Baekhyun? Immediately, Baekhyun jumped off the ground and ran into Chanyeol’s arms, more tears spilling from his eyes.

Chanyeol! Baekhyun cried into Chanyeol’s shoulder, leaving two wet circles on his shirt.

Shhhh… It’s ok now, don’t cry Baekhyun, I’m here. Chanyeol lightly rubbed comforting circles into Baekhyun’s back.

After Baekhyun stopped crying, they sat together on the couch with the TV playing a drama in the background. Baekhyun sat in Chanyeol’s lap, eagerly watching the drama, tail wagging and ears perked up. It was getting very interesting, to Baekhyun that is. Chanyeol was too busy over analyzing it saying things like, No REAL person would do that! That’s SO unrealistic! How can you be so interested in this Baekhyun?

After a couple more hours of unrealistic dramas, Baekhyun was snoozing on Chanyeol’s chest, occasionally shifting. Careful not to wake him, Chanyeol brought Baekhyun into his room and set him on the pillow, walking out to get ready for bed.

A/N: So the title of this chapter doesn't really have much to do with the chapter itself. I was just running out of ideas.
