Chanyeol! Baekhyun squealed with delight as he wrapped his little arms around Chanyeol’s neck.

Hey there Baekhyun! Chanyeol patted Baekhyun’s back and glanced at Kyungsoo who was smiling at the sight. Although it wasn’t normal to see a half dog, half human, Kyungsoo wasn’t fazed. Baekhyun, I want you to meet my manager, Do Kyungsoo. Baekhyun twisted his face in disgust. He didn’t like other people being with Chanyeol, only him.

Hi Baekhyun, I’m Kyungsoo. Kyungsoo smiled despite Baekhyun’s glare. Patiently, Chanyeol waited for Baekhyun to try and pronounce Kyungsoo’s name, like he did with most new things, but he heard nothing.

Baekhyun was filled with jealousy and anger. How could Chanyeol invite someone over? Chanyeol was supposed to be his, and his only. Plus, Kyungsoo was a very attractive person compared to Baekhyun who looked only 10 (being half dog, he grew up quickly, though he was still quite tiny). Mentally, Baekhyun decided Kyungsoo was his new rival for Chanyeol’s attention.

Chanyeol~ Baekhyun muttered, digging his face into Chanyeol’s collar bone.

Baekhyun, greet Kyungsoo, he’s not going to bite. Chanyeol chuckled, but Baekhyun shook his head.

It’s fine, Chanyeol. It seems that Baekhyun doesn’t like me very much.

I’m sorry for Baekhyun’s behavior, he’s usually a very energetic person. Chanyeol pried Baekhyun from his neck and set him down, walking Kyungsoo to the couch. Upset, Baekhyun tugged on Chanyeol’s pant leg, but Chanyeol just scolded him and told him to stay quiet for a bit. Baekhyun glared at Kyungsoo before walking off to his own bed made from blankets and comforters.

Buried deep inside the blankets, Baekhyun tried to fight back tears, but they came pouring out anyway. Because of Kyungsoo, Chanyeol was ignoring him! It was the first time Chanyeol had ever scolded Baekhyun for doing anything, and it wasn’t even anything bad either! Maybe Kyungsoo would take Chanyeol away from him. Then, he would have to be on the streets again. Baekhyun hoped not.

Kyungsoo, have you seen Baekhyun? Chanyeol asked, worry laced in his voice.

No, I’m sorry, after you scolded him, he walked off. Kyungsoo, just as worried, patted Chanyeol’s shoulder, trying to comfort him. All Chanyeol could think about was Baekhyun. All throughout dinner, he was always late in responding to Kyungsoo. Seeing Chanyeol was stressed and needed some time to himself, Kyungsoo bade him goodbye and left with a small bow.
