Description
Kai moves to the Big Apple to escape his dark past. He told himself to live freely without any worries. He's got everything he needs: the looks, the big house, and especially the money. He was having the time of his life.
Meanwhile, Bang Minah was having the worst time of her life. Life was bitter for her as she worked countless hours to help pay her family's rent. When they suddenly meet each other, they knew that they didn't want to see each other ever again.
However, faith decides to play a little game with both their lives. As days go on, things began to change. And when things begin to change, none of them could change it back.

New York was a place for foreigners to have a better dream, a better education, and a better future. However, that was not the case for me. New York was a place for me to let go of my dark past I've been holding onto for many years. It was a place where I can escape from my worries and the person who I can't stop loving no matter how hard I tried. It was a place where I can finally breathe again. That is, until I met an obnoxious person.
MINAH
"Can't you at least try to have a little fun?" My friend, Hyeri, would always ask me. The thing is, what is fun? I couldn't remember the last time I had fun because fun wasn't much of an option when I've been working most of my life. The only time I could actually relax and try to have fun was the evening, when my workshifts ended. And there was always that one place I went to every night that kept me happy ― the beach.
It was peaceful, until my encounter with an arrogant jerk.
