a few days later..

Sungjong's eyes fluttered open... he looked around and saw the white ceiling... "am i dead now?" he thought...

he moved his head and saw someone sleeping beside him.. he'd recognize that head anywhere... he reached out his hand and touched the head.. "hyung...." he whispered...

immidiately sungyeol woke up and he looked at his brother "you're awake..." sungyeol smiled "finally..." he kissed his brother's hand 

"mianhae..." sungjong started but was cut off  by his brother

"no..i should be sorry... don't worry i'll make it up to you..." sungyeol smiled

then someone entered the room with a little blue bundle in his arms..

"come quick..he's awake..." sungyeol said and the person quickly moved to the bed side.. sungyeol helped his brother sit up ...

"myung..." sungjong whispered..."what are you guys doing here?"

"to take care of you silly...oh this is our baby Seung Jun..." myungsoo said placing the baby in sungjong's arms

Sungjong smiled at the baby.. as the baby held his shirt like he knew he was finally in his mommy's arms... Sungjong hummed the lullaby and soon the baby fell asleep..

"he is so like you when you were a baby...falls asleep with the same song..." sungyeol said

Sungjong smiled but suddenly it disappeared... 

"i'm sorry for everything hyung..." sungjong 's eyes began to tear up

"stop..we read the letters.. i have already forgiven you a long time ago..." sungyeol wiped his brother's tears

Myungsoo suddenly held sungjong's had which shocked him.. he tried to pull away afraid his hyung might gett mad but myungsoo only held it tighter...

"i already asked sungyeol's blessing..even your parents...." myungsoo began... and he took a little box from his pocket and opened it "sungjong ah..will you spend the rest of your life with me and our baby?"

sungjong looked at his brother with sorry eyes... but was confused when he saw sungyeol was smiling at him...

"we broke up a long time ago..when we realized we were not meant for eachother...it's you and him sungjong ah..." his brother said still smiling at them

sungjong looked at myungsoo and then at his baby.... he began to smile... "yes.." he finally replied

Sungyeol took the baby and myungsoo hugged his new fiance..

the spent the morning talking and catching up...

Jaejoong came in to check on sungjong and was happy that the younger was now awake and  better

"hyung.. where's Howon hyung? is he that busy ? oh anyway.. i want to meet the family of my donor, i want to say thank you" sungjong asked and the whole room was filled with silence...

Jaejoong looked at him with sorry eyes.. myungsoo only held him tight.. Sungyeol sighed and placed the baby down in his little basinet..

"Sungjong ah... " he began as he took the same letter jaejoong handed them during his surgery and the day Howon passed away.. "i'm sorry..."

Sungjong took the letter with a confused look....

His read the letter but it still didn't answer anything really...

he looked at his brother still confused...

"your donor is Howon... He died a few days ago... he was a match..." sungyeol said holding his own tears back

"but how? he can't just die and suddenly becomes a match" sungjong looked at all of them...

he looked at jaejoong and the older only gave him an apologetic look...

he read the letter again....

"no...it can't be...he didn't...." sungjong's tears began to fall understanding the situation.. "why would he do that?! he's so unfair!"

tears filled the room and sungjong sobbed in myungsoo's arms...

"hyung..you know you are so unfair... why would you even do that?" sungjong whispered as he touched the cold tombstone

Sungjong wiped the tears in his eyes...

"ready to go?" myungsoo asked as he helped sungjong up

"i'll come visit you again.. watch over Seung Jun hyung..." 

the couple walked back to the  car where sungyeol was waiting with Seung Jun...

Sungjong took his baby and kissed it...

Myungsoo smiled at his new family... He felt complete...

Sungyeol smiled, he was trully happy now that his brother is alive and healthy... he has a new nephew who he adores so much... and myungsoo, his first love found his true happiness...

Before entering the car, Sungyeol looked back to where Howon's grave was  "thank you for teaching me what love really means... " he thought he saw Hoya's spirit smiling at him... he smiled back and the spirit was gone...
