"We need you guys to stop seeing each other, at least for now" Exo's manager was talking to Suho in his dorm room.

"Hyung! What the hell are you talking about?! I already issued an apology statement didn't I?" Suho was getting frustrated. A few weeks after Hong Kong, headlines came out of a scandal between Apink and Exo, specifically targeting Bomi and Sehun. A leaked voice recording of Exo playing an online videogame was released to the public by a saesang. Allegations began accusing them of playing with Apink because Bomi's name was heard, but as close as the two groups may be in secret, it wasn't true. It was a recording of Exo, but not of Apink. As a result, girls have been slandering Apink non-stop. They have been called all sorts of names and have been warned to stay away from Exo. At one of their fansignings a bottle was thrown at them and almost hit Naeun in the head. The event was then cancelled and Naeun was still shaken from the whole event of things. Chorong was getting upset and frustrated. Another time, as they were walking through a crowd of people  a girl had pulled on Bomi's hair almost making her fall to the ground. Luckily, they had bodyguards and Chorong stepped in and yelled at the girl pointing a finger at her. She was so upset and couldn't believe how insane people could be. Most of all she felt so sorry that her group was suffering like this.. Chorong was upset because all her energy was being put not only into performances but also defending them from crazy fangirls. This is how insane and out of hand it has gotten. "Suho. We need you guys to take a break. This can't be good publicity for the two of you. Everyone is going crazy and you're just a rookie group. I can't have this for you guys." "So you want me to just break things off with her?" Suho began raising his voice "The whole management wants this for you two. Not just me. Apink's manager wants the same thing" Suho looked up at him in surprise. "What?" "We talked over the phone about this" "So did Chorong agree?" His manager shook his head. "Whenever their manager brought it up. She would refuse. She won't even consider it." "So what makes you think I will?" "You and I both know that Apink's going through a hard time because of this. Do you really want to make things more complicated for the both of you?" his manager looked him in the eyes Suho shook his head continuously as he looked away. "I can't. I won't" "Suho please. Just think of this please. This is not only your career on the line, it's all of Exo.. not to mention Apink as well. Please just.. just think about it" his manager patted him on the back as he slowly walked out of the room Suho held his head down with his hands behind his neck. He knew his manager was right, there's been way too much happening. He knows how crazy Exo's fans are. He has seen the signs of of their fangirls holding up "Stay away Apink" signs. Their phone lines have been hacked into, hotel rooms broken into, there's no stopping these people. If they find out about him and Chorong who knows what this could explode into. This was hard for him but it was just as hard for Chorong. Their feelings for each other were so strong how could they ever break it off just when things were getting good for them. Apink's Fansigning Event Apink just finished with the event and were all getting ready to leave. Chorong was sitting down looking lost in her thoughts in front of one of the mirrors. "Unnie. you okay?" "Just thinking." Chorong slightly smiled at Hayoung "About what?" "Would things be easier if Suho and I just.. stopped seeing each other?" she said seriously looking down at the table "Huh?! Waeyo? Did something happen between you two?" Hayoung began getting worried and looked at Chorong anxiously. "Aniyo. It's just. Things have gotten so much worse and you know... us going out would just add more wood to the fire." "Unnie. Don't think about those kinds of things. We're fine. These things always happen" "Not like this Hayoung-ah. You know this is different. We're both new groups. This is the highlight of all of our careers not just for me and Suho, but all of yours too. We can't just risk something like that for the two of us." "Unnie" Hayoung slowly rubbed Chorong's back comforting her as she saw how serious Chorong was. She hugged her tightly. Chorong smiled as she shook her head. "Aniyo. Kwenchana." she patted Hayoung on the back. In reality things weren't okay at this point, so many things running through her mind. She was torn. MCOUNTDOWN A few days passed and although the headlines were beginning to disappear. The anti fandom began growing for Apink. Things weren't getting much easier for them. They were tired from all the practices for the Christmas specials and performances. This dilemma wasn't making things any better. All the performers were backstage getting ready. Apink were in their dressing rooms while Chorong decided to walk along the corridors as they waited for their turn. She sat down on a chair beside the window looking out. Someone suddenly covered her eyes. "Guess who?" he gently smiled "Annyeong Oppa." she smiled as she uncovered his hands from her eyes "How are you?" he smiled as he took the seat next to her not letting go of her hand. "I'm okay. Just tired" "Yeah. Things have been busy" he sighed as he sat down "Oh by the way komawo. For the statement you released.. about the whole... thing." she looked at Suho with a sullen glance. "Yeah. About that. I actually wanted to talk about it" he looked up at her meeting her eyes "Mmmhmm?" Chorong looked at him more seriously  "Manager hyung told me about-" "Hyung!! We've got to go NOW! Everyone's looking for you. It's our turn next" Chanyeol yelled to him waving him to come over. Suho looked back and turned to Chorong, "I've got to go. I'll talk to you later?" he quickly got up. Chorong gave a small smile "Nae." She already knew. Her heart was slowly breaking the more she thought of it. Her face began feeling warm and before she knew it a tear drop fell as Suho walked further away.   After all the recordings were finished Suho walked out of his dressing room with some of the guys. He looked around the corridor for Apink, but it looks like they already left. He even gave a quick glance as they passed their dressing room but everything was already cleaned up. Sehun, Kyungsoo, and Kai were with him as they all walked out from the building. Once they stepped out right in front of them was Apink getting into their van. They saw them just about to enter. Hayoung was the last one about to climb in when suddenly a girl ran up to her and yelled, "Yah! Hayoung-ah!" Hayoung turned around once she heard her name and saw the girl coming at her but things happened so quickly and before she knew it her face was splashed with water from a cup. She couldn't even see or comprehend what just happened. All the members in the van screamed and ran out the van. "Yah!" Eunji yelled at the girl as she got out and came to Hayoung's side with all the rest of Apink. Chorong ran quickly out of the van and hugged Hayoung, wiping her face with her sweater sleeve. "You guys better stay away from them!" was all the Exo fangirl saesang said Once Exo saw it happen the first one to run to the scene was Sehun. He was then followed by Suho who was followed by the rest of the guys. "Yah!" Sehun yelled at the girl who raised her finger to Hayoung in warning. He held onto the saesang's wrist in the air, "Are you crazy?! Who do you think-" Suho saw this and quickly snatched Sehun's arm away. He held onto Sehun close and whispered in a low voice "Cameras." Sehun looked up and surrounding them girls began showing up with videophones. He bit his lip in frustration and looked to Hayoung who looked so hurt she was about to cry. He shook his head with anger. He shrugged off Kyungsoo and Kai who held onto him pulling him away towards their van. Suho looked up and saw Chorong holding onto Hayoung with tears in her eyes. She just nodded to him with a look of sadness. He looked at Hayoung, bowed to her and said "I'm so sorry" he wanted to say more but couldn't because of all the cameras. He quickly walked away from the scene and couldn't look back. He ran straight to the van. After the whole scene ended Apink was in their van. Chorong looked at Hayoung who was wiping herself dry. She rubbed her arm. "Maknae. I'm so sorry" she couldn't find the words to say. She was so enraged and frustrated to see her members suffering like this. "Unnie. Kwenchana. It's just water and besides it's not your fault" Hayoung tried assuring her as she sniffed from the remaining water in her system. Chorong couldn't think of anything else, as hard as it may be for her.. this was the last straw. She pulled out her phone Exo's van "Hyung. Look I know you're gonna get angry with me, but I couldn't help it. You saw what that girl did" Sehun explained to Suho who was looking out the window in silence. "I know. I'm not mad" Sehun confused, "You're not?" "No. You did what any decent human being would've done. As hard as it was for me. I had to stop you." Sehun nodded, "You did the right thing too hyung." "Doesn't feel that way" Suho still looking out the window RING RING. Suho pulled out his phone. 1 new message. From Chorong: Can we talk? Please meet me at the park. Suho looked up from his phone and gave a heavy sigh. He already knew.   Chorong was sitting on the swings moving back and forth just thinking to herself. Her heart was pounding as she sat alone. So many thoughts running through her head she was ready to leave and back out until he came and sat on the swing next to her. "Hey" Suho said as he sat down. "Hey" no smiles. No cute greeting. No eye contact. They continued looking down, for a few seconds there was a silence. "I just-" they both spoke up and interrupted each other. "You go first" Suho said "I think we both know why we're here" Chorong kept her eyes on the ground "But.. I don't want to." Suho flatly stated. Chorong looked up and to her right at Suho. He looked at her. "I don't want to take a break from us, from any of this" He slowly stood up and walked towards her and kneeled in front of her holding her hands, "I know things are bad right now... but we can't just stop the only thing that's going good for us." Chorong bit her lips that were quivering the second he said those words. She looked away from him as he held onto her. "Park Chorong. Please. Please saying something" She deeply inhaled trying to compose herself from her tears beginning to form. She looked him in the eyes seeing his eyes began getting watery too. "I.. I don't want this either." She spoke up. He gripped tighter on her hands, "but we both know this isn't about us anymore." His hands loosened their grip. He hung his head low looking down at the ground beneath them still holding onto her. "So this is it. We're not even gonna fight it" suho said as he hung his head low "Fight what? Either way. somebody's gonna get hurt." "So it has to be us" "Don't you think it's kind of selfish of us?" "Selfish? Selfish to think that two people who love each other actually want to stay together?!" Suho stood up and began raising his voice and let go of her hand "No! Selfish to think that we would put our own feelings before everyone else's careers!" she shot back That was it. He stepped back and took a deep breath. Suho knew her point exactly and she was right. It was selfish. But couldn't he be selfish just this once? Chorong stood up in front of him. Warm tears were streaming down her cheeks. She took a deep breath. "Joonmyeon-ssi." she took his hand "Please." They looked at each other and stood still just looking into each others eyes. He stepped closer to her face to face and wrapped his arms over her shoulders as he breathed in her sweet scent. He cupped her face in his hands as their foreheads touched. Both of them tearing up. He closed his eyes and planted one last kiss on her forehead. "I love you Park Chorong." he whispered his lips still on her head. He slowly turned away as he walked away. "It hurts to see you hurting this much. So if this is what you really want I'll walk away" Chorong closed her eyes as a tear rolled down her cheek. She sat in the park alone crying to herself. Endless tears. It was hours before she left.     Weeks have gone by and the special performance stages for the Christmas specials are now beginning. All the kpop groups are putting on their Christmas stages. Apink and Exo tend to run into each other a lot. They all bow with smiles to each other except fo
