'' I would like to say a thank you to the Mrs tan, for giving me this scholarship. It is such a honour to be here today, and for the three years that I have spent studying, I'm finally reaping the rewards. Thank you mother and father for watching me over in heaven and I'm forever grateful to my brother, jimmy, for staying in Singapore to support me throughout these years. Thank you everyone for making me a better person.'' 

''Woop, you have finally made it!'' Jimmy cheered. ''So what are your plans now? Are you going Korea with me, or?'' 

The weight of his words finally landed on me, a few weeks ago when he casually mentioned it to me, I am still in a daze. Now the meaning of those words had me thrown off balance. 

''I still need some time to think about it brother..'' I finally answered. 

''The most you have is three days honey, I'm flying over to unite with them and you will be all alone here.'' 

''Korea is a nice country with lots of opportunities, moreover you've been writing korean songs for so many years.'' 

''I know, but..'' I uttered almost soundlessly. 

''A new opportunity is awaiting, Chloe. All you have to do is to take it'' he added forcefully. 

''Think about it, I'll wait for your answer at the airport on Friday.''
