The sight of seeing her had surprised me immensely, as I thought she had already left. But to my amusement, she hadn't. My emotions were suddenly on a high as we were only two left just outside the school. This goodbye will definitely be different to everyone else's. Jiyoon got up from her leaning position and walked over to me, 

"Sorry for not coming earlier, I wanted to avoid the crowd" Jiyoon explained,

"That's ok! All that matters is that you did end up saying goodbye."

"Yah, who said I was saying goodbye" she said jokingly then looked at me suddenly, "you're coming back aren't you?" I sighed, 

"Jiyoon, I don't think there'll be a very high chance of me coming back" I said assuring her. I could see Jiyoon tense up as she crossed her arms then started to run her hands through her short, just above the shoulders, auburn hair. I caught myself staring at her doing these actions, I had to prevent myself of developing some sort of felony towards these actions. Goddamn it Jiyoon, why? All I want to do is say some sort of a 'goodbye'. Simple. 

"Gayoon! You promised that we would graduate together!" She said sternly, with exaggerating arm movements, "After all these years, our friendship has developed so much and now... You're just going to leave us. Gayoon, you're the only reason why I would attend school!" Jiyoon's started to raise her voice,  "Gayoon, you always had my back! Gayoon, you-". 

"Excuse you, but it's not my fault that both my parents died!" I yelled at her. I suddenly regretted my actions as I could see her looking away upset. Good move Gayoon. "Oh my God, I'm so sorry Jiyoon. I didn't mean to be that rough!", I grabbed her arm and turned her around to face me, but she just looked directly to the ground, I tried to catch her gaze "It's not my choice that I want to move! I want to stay here with you and the rest of our group. I absolutely hate this situation right now! You have no idea how much you mean to me as well, but that's just life." I explained.

Jiyoon then looked up from the ground and into my gaze, I could see tears forming in her eyes- which made her feel embarrassed, causing her to look away again. She wiped the tears away and turned to face me again, she laughed softly trying to cover up her sadness,

"I'm sorry too" she apologized,

"Don't be sorry Jiyoon" I replied, grabbing both her arms now and shaking her lightly to cheer her up, "You're going to make it Jiyoon, you'll be great." I assured her," Actually you know what, I expect to be seeing you on every music show there is, as the most popular idol!" This comment broke her. Jiyoon just fell into my arms, sobbing into my shoulder, as if there was no tomorrow. I hugged her tightly, we rarely ever have any body contact -in the hopes to restrain myself- as she was always awkward with me about it, but this was nice. Being the introvert is was, I wasn't really sure how to comfort her; that's Namji's job. I just held her in the hug as my shirt was becoming soaked with her tears, but I didn't care. 

This affectionate moment had finally gotten into my emotions, in a split second my action were uncontrollable, my resistance was disappearing. I cupped her face and lifted it to meet my gaze; her eyes were red and swollen from the amount of tears. I'd never seen her cry this much, let alone be so emotional over me. She stopped crying for a moment, as she was confused as what I was doing,

"Gayoon, what are you-", I cut her off by kissing her softly on the lips. Oh my god Gayoon are you insane? I took my arms away and placed them behind my back awkwardly,

"Oh my god Jiyoon, I am so sorry! I don't know what's gotten into-", suddenly my words were cut off by the feeling of Jiyoon's soft, plump lips on mine. What was happening? Have I entered a parallax universe? 

I immediately kissed back; this had made my world feel a lot brighter, this is all I have longed for. The fact that this was actually happening was still trying to cross my mind. I have a feeling this isn't going to be last of whatever 'this' was. She then pulled away and we just looked at each other without saying anything, embracing the moment. Jiyoon's face was flushed with red as she was embarrassed with her actions, 

"Is that what you call a goodbye?" she said jokingly while stepping back, " I'm actually glad we just did that, you have no idea how long I've been waiting Gayoon." She hesitated for a second, "Gayoon I've been quite aware of your feelings for me", I felt myself getting embarrassed, but frustrated. "It's quite obvious, you idiot. The way you look at me, the way you treat me... I've fallen into your trap Miss Heo" 

"." I thought to myself, feeling some sort of amusement of how stupid I had been- ha, so much for being discrete. Suddenly, an idea popped into my head,

"Jiyoon, I've just had this idea. Seeing this is my last day here, how would feel about spending it with me?" I asked,

"Like... a sleepover?" She replied,

"Like a sleepover- with maybe a bit more." I confirmed.
