Min-Hee fell asleep right after she ate. As she was sleeping, Luhan moved the bangs that were covering her forehead so that he could put a cold towel on her forehead in hopes of lowering her fever. 

 

*She has really soft hair.* Luhan noticed as he pushed her bangs away. 

 

His fingers moved through several stands of Min-Hee's long hair. Then he remembered the first time he had met her in person. He had thought that her hair would be soft to touch back then. Now, his prediction had been right: She really did had soft hair. 

 

When he had noticed that his thoughts and actions seemed a little... strange (translation: stalkerish), he stopped. He turned away from Min-Hee so that he wouldn't be tempted to touch her soft, silky hair again. 

 

His eyes scanned around the room until he saw something that caught his eye. 

 

He walked closer to it and saw that it was an open journal. It seemed to be saying to him, "Read me and you'll know ALL of Min-Hee's secrets!" 

 

His eyes darted from Min-Hee and to the journal. She was asleep so maybe it was okay to take a little peek? 

 

*No! It's an invasion of privacy and wrong!* his brain screamed. 

 

*She's sleeping so she won't know anything. It won't hurt to read just one page.* 

 

*No it's wrong! She didn't look through my cell phone when I lost it!* 

 

*Just read it! You know you want to!*

 

*No! It's wrong!* 

 

*Just read it!* 

 

*No!* 

 

*JUST READ IT!* 

 

Finally, Luhan gave in and read the first page. 

 

Only problem is... 

 

IT'S ALL IN SPANISH! 

 

Here is what it looked like: 

 

Mi nombre es Min-Hee. Mi apellido es Kang. Soy de Seoul. Tiene 20 años. Mi cumpleaños es el primero de enero. ¡Me encantada leer! Hay que leer los libros. No me gusta caminar. Mi teléfono es el XXXXXXXXXX. Vivo en un apartamento...

 

Luhan felt dizzy just looking at the unfamiliar, foreign language which made no sense to him. He barely knew how to read English but Spanish was even harder. Even though some people said that English and Spanish was alike, but to Luhan Spanish was an entirely different language from English! He was getting a little better at English because Kris had been helping everyone in Exo, but there was no one to teach him Spanish. If he wanted to read Min-Hee's journal, he was going to have to learn Spanish, but if he was already struggling with learning two languages: English and Korean. If he had to learn Spanish on top that... Luhan shuddered at the thought because learning = work and new language meant more work. 

 

He sighed and put the journal back on the desk. 

 

He wouldn't find out one of Min-Hee's secrets after all. 

......

 

Haru was disappointed. No, scratch that. He was way beyond disappointed. He was devastated that Min-Hee was absent today. 

 

After class, he sulked in the lecture hall. He didn't even bother to take notes today. It was so unlike him. In fact, he didn't feel like himself today. He unconsciously walked toward the door without realizing it. He didn't even watch where he was going. Consequently, he bumped into someone. 

 

"Yah!" Haru snapped. "Watch where you're going!" 

 

"Excuse me?! You're the one who bumped into me!" the girl yelled at him. 

 

Wait- back up.

 

A GIRL had the guts to YELL at LEE HARU?! 

 

She. Is. So. Dead. 

 

Some advice to the brave soul: Leave the country- no- the CONTINENT, change her name, get plastic surgery (so no one can recognize her), and live in an inhabitant island for the rest of her life.

 

However, Han Jiwoo, who was a former jjang and martial arts master, was NOT the type to back out of a fight. 

 

"I'm the one who should say watch where you're going!" Jiwoo continued yelling. 

 

The noise outside the World History lecture hall was beginning to attract the attention of students and professors who were passing by. However, it was neither the fact that Jiwoo almost fell down, nor the fact that people needed to go to class in the World History lecture hall that people were praying outside the classroom, but because that they were sure the wrath of Haru was going to be unleashed on this petite girl in a few seconds if she didn't kneel on her knees and beg for forgiveness right now. 

 

"Do you know whom you are speaking to?" Haru's icy voice made everyone except Jiwoo flinch. 

 

"Yeah. Of course," she replied. 

 

Haru smirked. She was definitely going to kneel and beg for his forgiveness now. 

 

"A blind dude who can't even walk properly or apologize properly," Jiwoo continued. 

 

Haru's eyes widened and his fists trembled with anger. Jiwoo noticed his fists tightening and automatically thought "the blind dude" was getting ready to fight. 

 

"If you want to fight, let's go outside," Jiwoo said. 

 

"Fine."

........... 

 

This was the worst mistake Haru ever made in his life. 

 

He woke up in a hospital bed with a bruised eye and several bruises all over his body. 

 

"Ugh..." Haru tried to get up when his butler came rushing into the room and helped him up. 

 

"Young master, are you okay?" Haru's butler asked. 

 

"Find...that...girl..." Haru said. 

 

"Which girl, sir?" the butler asked. 

 

"THE GIRL WHO DID THIS TO ME!" Haru yelled as he pointed to his black eye.

 

"Yes, sir. Right away, sir," the butler said as he ran off. 

 

The butler came back after 10 minutes. 

 

"From the description you gave us, sir, and the background checks of the all the girls in Seoul University with a fighting history, I have concluded that your attacker was Han Jiwoo," the butler said as he passed a black binder over to Haru. 

 

The first page of the file had a picture of Jiwoo. 

 

"Yes. This is her," Haru said, remembering the fierce facial expression she wore before she knocked him out. "You did well, Youngjin." 

 

"I'll get you to beg for mercy, Han Jiwoo." Haru smirked. 

.......... 

 

Min-Hee woke up to the smell of a delicious meal. She followed the smell all the way to the kitchen. When she walked into the kitchen, she saw her father in an apron, cooking. 

 

"You're up, Min-Hee. Here eat some porridge and you'll feel better," her father said while smiling. 

 

"D-dad?" Min-Hee said. Before she realized it, she burst into tears. 

 

"Min-Hee?" her father asked worriedly. 

 

Everything was quickly fading. The image of the kitchen and her father was disappearing. She tried to hold on as fast as she could. No. She didn't want to leave yet. She had just seen him for the first time in fifteen years. He couldn't leave her now, not yet. 

 

"Min-Hee? Min-Hee?" The voice of her father was more urgent now. 

 

Min-Hee opened her eyes and woke up with a jolt. Luhan was in front of her looking at her with concern etched on ever facial feature. She realized that the voice she had heard calling her name was not her father's but it was Luhan's. 

 

"Min-Hee? Are you alright? I heard crying. Are you feeling hurt anywhere? Any pain at all?" Luhan asked. 

 

Min-Hee shook her head and cried even harder. She shouldn't trouble Luhan like this. She always depended on her father when she was young, at least, until that accident. If she depended on Luhan starting now, what would she do when he was gone? It took her fifteen years for her to get back on her feet alone. There was no telling how long it would take for her to get back up if Luhan was gone from her life. She couldn't let that to happen. After all, Luhan was the first person who made her feel...

 

Happy. Genuinely happy. 

 

And she didn't want to loose that feeling. 

 

Not ever.  

 

She held onto Luhan tightly while crying as if she was afraid that he would leave. 

 

"Don't leave. Please," Min-Hee whispered. 

 

With round, teary eyes, Min-Hee looked up into Luhan's own doe eyes. 

 

"I won't leave," Luhan whispered back. 

 

"I won't leave ever."
