Day one...              He sat in an empty corner observing people in the crowed cafeteria. A group of girls, which he assumed were friends sat together chit chatting away. Happiness was evident in their eyes. A table by the soda machines sat three boys as they read silently occasionally taking bits from their food or drink. Peacefulness was evident by thier posture. To the left of the peaceful readers sat a mix gender group, some held hands others stole glances of the person they liked. Bliss was evident in their  mannerisms, except for one person.                                He continued watching her, but even though  she was smiling loneliness was written in her face. She must have felt his stare because thier eyes meet for a spare second and she looked away. All He could do was stare back, no smile, no nod of acknowledgement, just to people staring at each others empty souls. What brought him out that momentarily trans was the sound of the frantic bell ringing indicating that it was the end of lunch.                Time to go...           ...................................   Day two...               He sat in his same spot this time he wouldnt observe everyone else just the lonely girl with tons of friends. Today he decided that he would carefully look at her trying not to get caught. He saw her come in with her friends. She sat next to a boy who was in one of his classes, Kai, he assumed  his name is. Her pale finger played with a black strand of her hair as she listened to the conversation surrounding her. Kai would occasionally look at her and continue talking to the group.              He took a bite of his not so delicious lunch, trying to swallow it down as he must have grimaced from the taste. Not worrying much of his surrounding he spit the food out onto his napkin. Embarrassing as it was he caught a glimpse at the girl who was starring at him, but she looked amused. She gave him a slight smile, which he responded with a nod. That was their first form of communication.             The bell rang, he picked up his tray and left.     ............................    Day three...                    Walking to his usual seat he saw a figure sitting across from where he would be sitting. To his surprise it was the the lonely girl, whom he still didn't know her name. He sat down and looked at her, she gave him a small nod and handed him a bag.
