Previously...
DongHae arrived at school too early, and struggled, but managed to bring one wooden chair into the center of the practice fields.
EunHyuk arrived at school fairly early, and when he arrived at the field, there was one figure sitting on a chair, dead center.

"D...DongHae-ssi?"

EunHyuk walked towards the figure, the grey sky above them not doing much to help. He squinted his eyes as he called out his partner's name, louder this time. The figure stirred, and his head bopped a few times before he finally opened his eyes fully.

Those dull, tired eyes immediately projected sparkles and giddiness as he recognized his partner. "Hyu---EunHyuk! Hi!"

EunHyuk blushed, only realizing the agreement they had before, to eradicate most formalities. "G-good morning, DongHae..." His partner beamed, and wondered why they were at school so early. EunHyuk was reluctant to confess, so he was visibly shocked when his partner boldy said, "I was excited to see you again today! I couldn't even sleep well yesterday night. I'm so glad you're here early too!" EunHyuk bit his lip, shyness enveloping his being. He nodded, and silently wondered if DongHae noticed his subtle echo of agreement.

"I-I see. Should we start training now?" The fairy coughed in awkwardness. It appears that only he was uncomfortable, as DongHae shot him another dazzling smile, mumbling, "Brilliant".

An hour later...

When the next few pairs of students arrived at the field, they were surprised to see the only male fairly and his partner already practicing. The earlier dark clouds had thankfully left to allow sunny weather to take over. At present, EunHyuk was flying just above the chair's seat, trying to work on his stamina and stability, rather than height. On the other hand, DongHae was dutifully sitting on the chair, acting as extra weight as his eyes were trained on his partner. Everytime his partner wavers, he would immediately stretch out both arms, ready to pillow his fall.

The other students gradually filed in, and not one could resist staring at the pair. It was refreshing to see how hardworking the two boys were, and eventually, they started to put in more effort as competitive spirit increased.

Sooner than later, both supervising teachers from the fairy and the human division arrived, and were pleasantly surprised to see not one student slacking off. Everyone was working up a sweat, tense and motivated.

KangIn nervously looked at JungSoo, the supervisor from the Fairy Division. The petite male was concentrating on his fairy students, anxious to provide help. He bit his lip in short contemplation before attempting to create conversation.
"H... hey," JungSoo turned to look at him inquisitively. He continued to sweat. "... The... The students are in good spirits today, aren't they?" The other male took one more look around the field before nodding wholeheartedly.

When it was obvious that JungSoo wasn't going to supplement his quiet response, KangIn continued, "Ah. How is your student, Lee Hyuk Jae was it? I was quite worried when he collapsed at first. I'm glad his family driver managed to take him home." At this, JungSoo appeared to show him more attention. He quickly located his student, and immediately walked towards the pair. At a loss, KangIn simply followed behind him.
Boy, he's pretty.

"Lee Hyuk Jae!"

Both DongHae and EunHyuk stopped in their tracks. The latter tried to make a smooth landing, but faltered halfway through. DongHae caught him immediately, and safely planted him down.

The two boys looked towards the source of the voice, and acknowledged their supervisors. JungSoo walked closer, and did a once-over of his only male student. "You seem to be doing good. How are you feeling after resting?" EunHyuk smiled at the concern. His homeroom teacher has always been a bit of a mother figure, taking care of every one of his students.

"I feel much better, especially after D-Dong Hae took such great care of me."

JungSoo turned to the human student and gave another word of thanks. KangIn slapped his student's back, praising him. "Never knew you would ever be capable of nursing another person, eh?" DongHae grumbled, but it was clear that he enjoyed the compliment.

"Well then. I only wanted to check. I heard that both of you arrived here earlier than the scheduled time. For that, you may take an early break if you wish. Don't push yourselves too hard, okay?" JungSoo's eyebrows knitted, even as the boys agreed wholeheartedly.

At that moment, some calls for the teachers were requested. "We'll be going then. Good luck on your training!" Both teachers left soonafter.

"Your homeroom teacher sounds like a worrywart. But his affection feels so warm." DongHae commented. The fairy looked at his partner, flashing a small smile of agreement. He already felt much, much closer to him after only a few hours of practice. DongHae has made it clear that he was extremely reliable, and has saved him from falls quite a few times that morning.

"Are you tired?" EunHyuk asked bashfully. The human pursed his lips, thinking. "Well... I believe our training is more strenous for you, as compared to me. But I guess I'm a bit hungry." He gave an embarassed grin, receiving a fond look in return. "Let's go get food then. Besides, we're officially excused!"

The pair laughed and put their equipment aside.

"A...Ahjumma, one meal please!"

The two boys has decided to race to the nearest cafeteria, which happens to be one from the Human Division. EunHyuk has expressed curiousity, which seemed to burn a flame in his partner's heart. With that, they spent all their remaining energy racing.

The surprised cafeteria staff scowled and reprimanded them, before noticing EunHyuk's beautiful wings. "Oh My...! Are you the rumoured male fairy from the Fairy Division? I heard there was only one!" The fairy blushed and crept behind his human partner, nodding. "My word, then I shall give you an extra large serving today! Shh, don't tell anyone else!" EunHyuk flashed a goofy smile.

As much as DongHae was happy at seeing EunHyuk happy, he had one big complaint to raise. "Ahjumma... what about me?? I brought him here because your food is sooo good, so don't I deserve something too?" The elderly smacked his head but when they received their food, DongHae's portion was just as large as EunHyuk's.

The two of them grinned and thanked the lady before finding seats. At the moment, the cafeteria was mostly unoccupied, so there was a sense of privacy as they chatted and ate.

That day, they finished their lunches way slower than usual, but both boys pretended not to notice. They soon got back to training when they realized more students are starting to file in for lunch. When they returned to the training field, they were once again the only people there.

With the light breeze blowing constantly and the grass responding to it, everything felt peaceful.

The two boys looked at each other for a moment before starting their training. The smallest blush crept up their faces, but they tried to ignore it. With lingering thoughts, they resumed their training.

That night, the two boys reported back to their family, as usual.

"How was training?"

Despite being from different worlds, both boys answered the exact same thing.

"It was the most fun I've ever had."
