Baekhyun's pov:

Chanyeol listenend attentively to everything what I said. He hummed and nodded a few times to make sure I knew he was really listening and sometimes he asked me a few questions which I explained with deep sighs.

"He just won't listen to me! It's furstrating!" I hissed, hitting my fist on the couch, dust coming up in the air which made Chanyeol cough a bit.

"Don't let it get to you too much. Guess he's having some kind of midlife crisis and the company is important to him after all."

I rolled my eyes, leaning against the couch.

"It's not like the company is popular worldwide or whatever! He's forcing things on his own son that can't be comprehended." 

Chanyeol patted my shoulders, trying to comfort me.

"And Ahreum isn't doing ." 

Chanyeol looked at me, trying to smile but it looked forced and I had a hunch why.

"She's just listening to her parents. You can't blame her for that."

"There is a limit to what you can do and what you can't. We're not puppets. We're not thigns that can be exchanged because of some company. I get it, dad likes that damn company and he's doing everything to him, but there's a limit to everything."

"Maybe we should try to convince Ahreum." Chanyeol tried, taking a cookie and chewing on it repeatedly.

I looked at my best friend with a riased eyebrow.

"Convince her?"

Chanyeol nodded, taking another bite
