“Minjae hyung won't be happy at all about this,” Junsu stated, crossing his arms across his chest. The couple shrugged. Kyungmi lay her head on Junho's shoulder. She let out a small yawn. “Oppa, it's our wedding day we're planning. I'm sure he'll understand.” she reasoned. Junsu looked back at the others in the van. It was the day after yesterday, and 2PM & Beast were expected to be return to their schedules or else. He let out a sigh.

“Fine, we'll take the yelling for you,” he gave in, glaring at Junho. He smiled in appreciation and clapped Junsu on the back. “Thanks bro! Don't worry, I'll take good care of Kyungmi~” he promised. Junsu gave him a dead panned stare. “Are you trying to say that you don't always do that?” he questioned. Junho let out a nervous chuckle. “Um...Uh, that's not how I meant it hyung! I -” Kyungmi's laughter cut him off.

“Don't worry oppa, he takes very good care of me. Take care alright? We'll see you later hopefully~” Kyungmi said, kissing her brother on the cheek. Junsu lost all his worries and smiled. “See you.” he said, finally bidding goodbye. Junho smiled back and tilted his head to the side.

“You have to show me how to do that.” he whispered into her ear. Kyungmi looked up at him. “What do you mean?” she asked, blinking her doe eyes. Junho chuckled and pinched her cheek. She was just so cute! How could he have ever deserved her. . .?

“Orange?” Junho offered weakly. He wasn't really sure on what the colors for their wedding should be. Kyungmi frowned and hit him on the arm. That was the most ridiculous color she ever heard of for a wedding – especially for one like theirs.

“How about, purple? With white polka dots?” Kyungmi suggested, holding up a fabric of that pattern. Junho shrugged. “It works, but how about....something extra ordinary?” he said. Ye Eun rolled her eyes and grabbed the pattern Kyungmi held. She was officially the wedding coordinator.

“I vote for Kyungmi's suggestion. But don't worry Junho, you can add your abnormal touch in something else.” she said. Junho pouted. “Fine. . .”

“This planning takes more work than I originally thought it would,” Junho complained. Ye Eun had momentarily left them to set up some things for the special day. Kyungmi pecked his lips.

“It'll be worth it, trust me~” she mused. The two had taken to strolling in the park while they waited for Ye Eun. It was slightly breezy and cloudy outside. But otherwise, everything was pretty peaceful. There were barely any people around to bother them, and it was just tranquil.

“Umma?! Umma?! UmMMMMAAAaaaaa?!?!?!” the cry disrupted everything. The two exchanged worried glances before running towards the location of the sound. Junho was only in lead for a little while before Kyungmi easily caught up with him. Although, before surprise could hit him – he remembered she was the fastest runner from her high school.

“Omo!” she gasped, slowing her pace, Junho didn't. He slowly walked toward the little boy. “Hey,” he said softly, crouching to his height. The boy stopped crying and looked at Junho – he cried even more. “Monster! Get away from me ugly!” he shouted, pounding at Junho's torso. Offended, Junho scowled. “Yah!” he raised his voice. Kyungmi frowned and pushed him away from the child. “Hey,” now it was her turn to try to comfort him.

“N-noona?” he sniffed. Junho scoffed from the sidelines. He earned a glare from Kyungmi.

“My name is Kyungmi, what's yours?” she smiled. The boy smiled back. “Jangsook.” he answered, quickly losing his fear.

“Well Jangsook, did you lose your mommy?” Kyungmi asked. He nodded his head and then pointed at Junho. “Mean ahjusshi scared me even more!” he exclaimed. Junho's eyes widened in shock. He so did not scare him! But Kyungmi played along with the Jangsook's tale.

“Aw, don't worry, I'll make sure he gets punished later, araso? For now, let's look for you mommy.” Kyungmi stated, standing up. Jangsook did too. Junho frowned.

“Hey kid,” he said. Jangsook stuck his tongue out at him, earning a glare. “Well bleh to you too!” he retorted. Kyungmi rolled her eyes and punched him on the arm. “Oppa, that's not nice.” she scolded. Jangsook nodded his head in agreement. “Yeah oppa,” he said, mimicking after Kyungmi. Junho was really tempted to ditch the kid right now.

“Come on Junho, be nice, he's lost.” Kyungmi whispered. Junho sighed. “I'll try.” he said. Kyungmi smiled, “Good~!”

“Hey! Ahjusshi! What are you doing?!” Jangsook shouted. Junho looked over his shoulder to send a small glare at the kid. “Carrying you, what else?” he replied. Jangsook blinked in response before looking away.

“Appa never carried me at all. . .” he mumbled. Kyungmi caught it though, and curiosity threatened her to ask the boy why. But she knew better and just rubbed his back. “We'll find your mom soon, okay?” she said reassuringly. Although, some part of her wished this moment would last longer than 'soon.' She wallowed behind the two boys as she watched their retreating figures. Both Junho and Jangsook were yelling “umma” at their loudest voice.

“Ah!” she screamed, crashing back to planet earth.

Junho and Jangsook instantly quit yelling and turned to Kyungmi. “It's just rain. . .” Jangsook murmured. A loud crash erupted in the sky. A bright streak of yellow followed after. Jangsook trembled as he tightened his grip around Junho.

“Yah, you're choking me.” he stated as he ran towards his fiance.

“You okay?” he asked. Kyungmi shook her head. “I hate thunderstorms,” she said, clearly downcasted. Jangsook nodded his head in agreement. Junho sighed and put the little boy down. “Wh-what - “

Junho quieted him down.

“Come here,” Kyungmi said, and Jangsook quickly ran into her embrace. Kyungmi stood up, carrying him. Junho took off his jacket. “Let's go under that tree! Quick!” he said, holding the jacket above the two. Together, the trio ran for shelter under the big oak tree. Kyungmi looked down at Jangsook – he had fallen asleep. She smiled. His expression was so adorable. The sound of footsteps startled her from her thoughts.

“Oppa. . .” she mumbled, concerned. Junho looked up. He was soaking wet, but he was content enough seeing that Kyungmia and Jangsook weren't. He put the jacket around Kyungmi's shoulders. “I should have carried you,” he quietly said, looking at her ballet shoes. Kyungmi did too. They were covered in mud. She shook her head. “Don't worry oppa, I can always clean them.” she said. She let out a sigh as she sank to the ground. She readjusted Jangsook's position, so that he was more comfortable.

“He's so cute,” she commented, brushing his bangs out of his face. Junho couldn't help but nod in agreement. Even if the kid had treated him horribly in the beginning – people just grown on you.

“I hope we find his mother soon. Poor guy, he must be so scared.” she whispered, leaning against Junho for support. “Don't worry, we will,” he comforted, kissing her forehead. He watched as the rain continued to pour without mercy.

“Go to sleep, I'll wake you up when it stops.” he added. Kyungmi reluctantly obeyed him as she closed her eyes. Junho smiled and looked down at the two figures next to him. Kyungmi's body was cuddled up to his while her arms were protectively wrapped around Jangsook. Jangsook, on the other hand, slept peacefully in her arms. Junho couldn't help but feel a sense of responsibility and some other feeling...but he couldn't quite figure out what it was right now. All he knew was that he would protect and take care of the two to his best ability. He sighed and wondered; is this what it feels like to be a dad?
