Time stood still for me. Thought Choi Seunghyun. I still remember like it was yesterday.

When we first met:

Choi Seunghyun aka TOP was just hanging out in his favorite cafe. Skimming thru his favorite magazines, drinking his favorite caffe mocha and listening to his rap compositions in his ipod. As he stood up ready to leave for his next gig, a girl came up to him fuming mad and suddenly gave him a hurting  like he deserved it. Apparently one of his crazy 'fangirl' in the underground campus hiphop scene, claiming herself to be his girlfriend, was accusing him of cheating and was clinging to him like a leech. He would not hit a girl, he thought back then, but could not escape either. Suddenly, a pretty girl promptly saved him from this delusional assailant, by punching her in the face and started pulling him away in haste. To Choi Seunghyun, she was her saviour. Her name was Jessica Jung.

When we fell in love:

TOP fell in love at first sight. Jessica was the princess that he was waiting for all his life. As days past since that fateful first meeting, he knew he had to have her.  He befriended her, courted her, even fought for her and finally have her. He remembered her cute pouts. Her icy glare when angry. Her kind and cheery personality. Her eyes, her nose, her lips as she crunched them with his. They were so in love and for two years their relationship blossomed into something blissful. Everyday, he was looking forward for tomorrow with her.

When you left me:

TOP was ready to spend the rest of his life with Jessica. When he was about to ask her to marry him, Jessica have to suddenly leave for America. Her parents has arranged for her to marry a son of a wealthy businessman. The filial daughter told him that she was breaking up with him, that he should forget about her, move on and find someone else. And though it hurt her so much to break up with him, she told him that her heart will forever be his but said that all wounds will mend, time will pass by and he will receive love again. TOP's world came crashing down. He pleaded with her, cried in front of her, even threatend her by commiting suicide, anything for her to stay but no words or actions could dissuade her from leaving him. Jessica, with tears in her eyes, told him to forget her. It was clear to TOP that tomorrow will be without Jessica.

As TOP pondered on his yesteryears with Jessica, he was standing near the departure area of the airport and saw Jessica boarded her flight back to America. He wanted to follow her to America but could not risk her family's wrath as Jessica warned him that her parents will do everything to prevent him from getting her back, including destroying his life and his family. She has sadness in her eyes and could not look to his direction. He was still holding on to the engagement ring that he was suppose to give her. Grasping it like he is grasping his broken heart which he knew will never mend. He uttered the words while tears ran down his cheek: "There is no tomorrow. Everyday is yesterday. Until you come back to me.." Indeed, there is no tomorrow for TOP.
