School ended, and you and Chunji were on your way home.

                It was pretty cold out, so you were glad you had grabbed a scarf this morning to put around your neck. But of course you had forgotten to grab a pair of gloves so your hands were freezing. Your coat didn’t even have pockets to put your hands inside.

                Chunji glanced at you and saw that you were furiously rubbing your hands together and blowing your breath on them to keep them warm. He felt bad that your hands were cold while his were nice and warm with his gloves.

                “Stop for a minute.” He told you.

                You stopped walking as did he. Chunji took off his glove that was on his left hand and slide it onto your left hand. With his now bare hand, he grabbed your right hand and interlaced his fingers with yours. He then put his hand and yours into his jacket’s pocket.

                “Okay let’s go.”

                Heat rose to your cheeks at his action. You continued on walking right beside him.
