The Underworld: Sgimao
“Don’t you have a plan? Anything in mind or something?” Yong Junhyung was going back and forth while crazily shaking his arms.
“Actually…” I answered. “There’s a possible way out from here.”
“What? Where?” he immediately turned to me, his expression excited and impatient.
“But it’s just a small possibility…” I warned him. “So don’t charge on me if we can’t make it.”
Yong Junhyung nodded.
“Take me there.”
I stood up and went out of the cave motioning Yong Junhyung to follow me. Sera was behind us.
I took him to the gates. The way there was silent, excluding the steady growls coming from Sera.
“Here’s called the gates, by me. Above us is the graveyard, precisely speaking the grave of Lee Chaerin.” I told him the moment we arrived.
“This place has a fresher air and even the trees here seem more lively. I like it here.” Now, I was in my own world, talking to myself. But Yong Junhyung didn’t seem to mind listening to my talk. “You know, I had found Sera here too. She had a wound in her front leg and was whimpering in pain when I first saw her. She tried to attack me first, thinking that I was like the other Sgimians too. Cratchs hate being ignored you know. But I continued nearing her despite her trying to wound me with her claws and long teeth.”
“She’s a wild animal?” Yong Junhyung suddenly asked, surprised.
“Yes, didn’t I tell you that earlier?” I furrowed my brows.
“No, I don’t think so…” he mumbled.
I shrugged.
“Well that doesn’t matter anyway. She’s the best animal one can have.”
“Come to think of it, I’ve never ever heard you calling Sera your pet.” Yong Junhyung nodded absentminde
