As many of you probably know already, this shop is closing and their was a voting poll on which to open a second Wishing Star Request Shop, or just another shop only for graphics. Wishing Star Request Shop has officially closed now. We are not taking any more requests and we're not putting any more on the waiting list.

Voting is now over and the results were 26 (yes) and 2 (no). Based on the votes, there will be a second shop! I'm not quite sure on when it will open, but there will be a second shop. I'm thinking that I should either open it on the 3 months anniversary of this shop (October 30, 2013), or start out on a brand new month (November 1, 2013). What do you guys think?

I also want to ask the Stars (staff) if anybody would like to apply for the second shop when it's opened because if you do, I need to know so I can reserve a spot for you ahead of time.

Also to all the Stars that have wishes in pending status (check on the status chapter), please PM me (CIndy934) and tell me if you are or aren't going to grant the wish.

All Stars please PM me "shining" to let me know that you have seen this announcement (this is kinda like an activity check). Also to those who have wishes to grant, tell me where you are at right now. In progress or finished.
