Hana kept staring at the envelope she had received from Haneul earlier in class. She was silently sitting on her bed. She was currently the only one home as Ji Hwan had gone out to pick up Sarang from kindergarten.

“What to do?...” Hana asked herself in a whispering tone.

“What to do what?” Ji Hwan asked standing in the doorway to her room. Hana had been in so deep thoughts she hadn’t heard Ji Hwan and Sarang had returned. Hana looked up at Ji Hwan, not saying a word.

“What is it? Why do you look so perplexed?” Ji Hwan asked concerned as he entered the room and sat down next to Hana. Hana sighed trying to muster out the words.

“I...I received this from our homeroom teacher…” Hana said as she handed Ji Hwan the envelope.

“Haneul?” Ji Hwan asked making Hana nod her head. Ji Hwan opened the envelope and took out the piece of paper it contained and read it.

“So there is a day with teacher-parent conferences…that is what you are worried about?” Ji Hwan asked.

“Yes…My teacher doesn’t know about my parents…” Hana muttered. Ji Hwan sighed with a small smile.

“Nothing to worry about. I’ll go with you.” Ji Hwan said smiling to Hana while giving her a reassuring hug.

“But-“ Hana was about to protest the suggestion but was cut off by Ji Hwan.

“No arguing.” Ji Hwan stated. “We are family after all.” Ji Hwan continued smiling, which made Hana smile as well.

“Thanks…” Hana said giving Ji Hwan a hug.

The next day on the way to school Hana met up with Woo Bin and the rest.

“Morning Ji Hyuk!” the guys exept the silent Woo Bin greeted her. Hana smiled.

“Morning guys.”

The group continued on their way to school chatting about girls.

“So…Have you told your parents about the parent-teacher day?” Hana suddenly asked, hoping to change the subject from all the talk about girls.

The guys groaned at the mention of the parent-teacher day.

“I really don’t want to have my embarrassing mother come!” Jong Suk said with annoyance in his voice.

“Embarrassing?” Hana asked curiously.

“Yes. My mom is so embarrassing! The last time she came to a parent-teacher conference, she literally asked my teacher to help me gain a girlfriend….” Jong Suk said embarrassed by the memory. The other guys snickered at the story.

“Parents are meant to be embarrassing…” Hana said with a small smile. The guys didn’t seem to agree on that.

“KANG JI HYUK!?” a female voice suddenly could be heard. Hana turned around and her eyes widened in shock when she saw who it was. The guys too had turned around to see what was going on.

Before anyone can react anymore a girl runs up to the guys and hug Hana.

“Nana?” Hana asks in shock. “Is that really you?”

“I missed you so much!” Nana says as she takes a step back. She had a big smile on her face.

“But what are you doing in Korea?” Hana asks still in disbelief.

“Well the school had to close for 2 weeks due to renovations, so I decided to come see you!” Nana says with a small laugh. Hana smiles back at her.

“It’s good to see you again.” Hana finally says full of sincerity.

“I knew you would miss me!” Nana said laughing and giving Hana a small wink. Hana laughed.

“You haven’t changed at all.” Hana said laughing.

“Which you love me for.” Nana said while giving Hana another hug.

“Ehm….” The girls suddenly remembered they weren’t standing alone, but that they were stared down by six curious guys. Ji Hoon had been the one to raise his voice in order to get the girls attention.

“Oh sorry I almost forgot you were here as well…” Hana said a bit embarrassed.

“…you forgot…” Woo Bin made a small comment at her statement earning him a small glare by Hana.

“This is my childhood friend Nana.” Hana continued.

“Hello! Nice to meet you!” Nana said excited.
