You woke up the next day to no disturbances. Cleaning yourself up, you walked out off your room and accidentally bumped in to Jin.

‘A-ah! Good morning.’  You greeted him.

‘Oh, Yume. You’re awake? Well, the boys have all gone out so it leaves us two only.’ He smiled and rubbed the back of his neck.

‘Ah, I see.’ You replied awkwardly, not really knowing that to say.

‘How about we go shopping? I’m sure you need some extra clothes. Also, Jungkook told me to buy you a new set of clothing. He wanted to come today but he got caught up in after school activities.’ Jin offered as you thought it might be a good idea. Why not? It’s been years since you’ve been out to shopping. Jin told you that you’ll leave in 15 minutes so you go in and changed in to a more decent looking clothes you have but most of your clothes are old and worn out. You sighed.

A knock comes from your room door as you opened it. Jin was ready, wearing black tight pants and a white t-shirt. Somehow you notice his figure fits those simple clothes really well. You’re about to compliment him until he handed a t-shirt for you.

‘I notice your clothes are mostly worn out so you can wear this for now. It’s mine but I could barely fit in to it anymore.’ Jin said as he smiled at you. ‘Ah, and those are Jimin’s shoes which is pretty old and doesn’t fit him anymore. You can wear it for now. We'll go get new shoes.’ You thanked him and quickly got changed.

The both of you decided to walk to the nearby mall instead of taking the bus as it was a lovely day outside. On your walk to the mall, Jin bought you doughnuts for breakfast and apologized for clearing the breakfast table up before you woke up.

The walk was pretty awkward. The both of you just exchange glances and not conversation. Feeling the awkwardness, you decided to start a conversation. ‘S-so, Jin I heard from the others that you were released from the centre?’

Jin stopped walking and just nod at you. You guess you shouldn’t have started on that topic. It’s pretty sensitive but you’re always curious about the boys.

‘Yeah, I got released 2 years ago. I found a decent job in a coffee shop near here and worked my off to buy a house.’ Jin explained as you just nodded.

‘Well, that’s good. So how did you meet the boys?’

‘Ah. The boys.’  At the mention of the boys, Jin started to smile. ‘Well, I saved Jimin from the Dreamcatchers when he tried to escape. He was so badly bruised so I took him in under my care. And from there onwards our family keeps growing.’ He grins.

‘That’s nice. Having a family.’ You smiled back up at him, noticing how his eyes are curved up whenever he smiles.

Upon reaching the mall, Jin dragged you all over the place.

‘Would you want this skirt?’

‘How about this shirt?’

‘Does this look good on me?’

‘I think blue color fits you well.’

You gapped at him. You have never seen this part of him. Jin was running around the clothing shop, picking out clothes that would fit you and pushed you into the changing you, waiting for you to change and the comments on the clothes.

He shook his head at the last piece he thrown at you, a grey sweater and black skirt. ‘You look too shabby. I think you need a haircut too.’ He said excitedly before running off to get you more clothes to try on.

‘W-wait…….’ But Jin was off already. You couldn’t help but laughed to yourself. Are you sure this man is actually 21 years old already? You swear even mothers don’t pick clothes for their daughters so enthusiastically.

After spending 3 hours, yes, 3 freaking hours in the same clothing shop. He insisted on you getting three t-shirts, two shorts, a pair of sneakers and a dress. ALL IN PINK. You stared at him if he is serious. *He is such a princess.*

‘Ah… I don’t have any money…’ You whispered to him as he brought the clothings to the counter.

‘I’ll pay for you. Take it as a welcome gift to our family.’ Jin smiled.

‘J-Jin.. It’s too much. I can’t accept that. Besides, it’s your money. I feel bad spending it.’ You shook your head and stopped him.

Jin lifted three fingers in front of your face and leaned closer towards you. ‘Firstly, call me oppa from now on. Secondly, you can help me do the house chores if you feel bad. Thirdly, you’re a part of our family now.’

Your heart skipped a beat at Jin’s perfectly handsome face. You gulped and nodded. ‘O-okay Jin.’ Jin pulled back and frowned at you. ‘Oppa.. O-ppa.. Op-pa’ He emphasized on each and every word and waited for you to repeat after him.

‘Ah.. sorry, Jin..o-oppa.’ You said and quickly cover your face with your hands from embarrassment. Jin smiled in triumph. He liked seeing you cute and embarrassed like this as he chuckled and paid for your new clothes.

‘Now that we are done with the shopping, shall we go get you a haircut? Your brown locks are too messy.’ He tsked and shook his head then dragged you to one of the barber in the mall.  You rolled your eyes at him but followed him. You know arguing with him won’t bring you anywhere.

The hairstylist sat you down and looked at your hair.

‘Oh dear, you hair is a mess!! We need to fix it real quick.’ He said as he work on your hair. About an hour later, Jin was already asleep on the waiting couch with a women magazine covering his face. You looked at yourself in the mirror and surprisingly, you liked the change!

The hairstylist cut your hair probably by a few inches shorter and fixed your curls for you. You looked much better. Turning to Jin and seeing him still asleep, you tossed a pillow that was on the couch at him. Jin woke up startled and realized you’re done.

‘Omo. Yume, you look so much prettier.’ Jin grinned. Ah, the boys are going to be so surprised.

Again, Jin paid for you as you thanked him.

‘You boyfriend is really handsome.’ The girl at the counter said to you with a smile. ‘You must be lucky.’

‘A-ah! N-no…’ You denied but Jin cut in and winked at the girl. ‘Yeah, that is what I have been trying to tell her. She is lucky to have a boyfriend like me. Have a good day, miss.’ He smiled and pulled you out from the barber.

You stared at him in shock. ‘Jin oppa, why didn’t you tell her we’re not-‘ Jin cut you off by plaving a finger by your lips.

‘If they want to think like that, let them be.’ Jin smirks.

‘Ah, shall we go back? I need to prepare dinner for the boys.’ Jin said and happily strutted off.

*This guy* You couldn’t help but smile to yourself. Who knew Jin is such a person.

‘Wait for me~!’
