I stepped into the school ground, wearing my uniform, short skirt, top ed shirt and a loose tie. My chest-length hair was untied, and my long fringe covered my forehead. My bag that was strapped on my shoulder barely had anything in it; I had left all my books in school. It was a new semester, and I was dreading it.

As I walked into the hallway, people were staring at me, probably since I had a streak of purple highlight in my hair, which was obviously against the rules. Some looked so afraid that I’m a gangster or something.. ha, adorable freshmen, and gave them a little smile. I walked to my locker to get my books then I heard someone calling my name.

“Ya, Jung Miryo!” I knew it was that , Lee Jiyeon. I haven’t heard her call my name like that since middle school. She is one year younger than I am but she never treated me with respect behind my brother’s back. I turned behind and there she was, along with her two followers. It’s like they owned the place. She stared at me with piercing eyes to scare me. I swear if she opens her eyes larger than it is now, her eyeballs would pop out. I smirked. I’m not scared of her.
