Narrator's POV

School ended rather fast. When Minji got home she to her to change.

She went downstairs and saw Kai doing homework on the table.

"Where are you going?" He asked.

"To the mall, do you mind?" She asked.

"No, but do you have money?" He asked.

"A little bit, I was just gonna go buy a new bag." She said.

Kai reached in his pocket and pulled out his wallet and gave her 300 dollars.

Minji's eyes widened.

"Sulli!" He called.

Sulli appeared.

"Go with my sister to the mall." He said.

"Ne, come on Minji." Sulli guided her to the door.

Minji was at the clothing store, she wasn't really looking for a new bag, but she wanted to buy new stuff for the dance on Friday night.

"Dresses?" Sulli asked.

"Yeah, there's a dance at my school on Friday." Minji said looking through dresses.

Sulli smiled and helped her look.

What they didn't know was that Jungkook, Jimin, and V were looking for stuff for the dance too.

"Hey, isn't that Minji over there?" Jimin pointed.

Jungkook averted his gaze.

"Hey it is!" V said.

They stared as she was pulling dresses.

"Hey go ask her to the dance." Jimin whispered in Jungkook's ear.

"What?!" He yelled.

"Don't you like her?" Jimin asked.

"N-no." Jungkook stuttered.

"Liar." Jimin teased.

"What? You like Minji?" V asked.

"N-no, you guys! I don't like her!" Jungkook said.

The two just laughed.

"Sure you don't." And they left.

Jungkook looked as Minji walked out with a dress on.

Jungkook's eyes widened. He didn't notice that he was staring.

"Your staring dude." Jimin teased.

Jungkook blinked and shook his head.

"Whatever." He took one more look at you and left.

"Unnie, I think this is the one." Minji smiled.

"I agree, do you need help with the shoes and accessories?" Sulli asked.

"Yes please." Minji said.

"Ok stay here and don't take off the dress yet." Sulli instructed.

"Yes ma'am" Minji sat there waiting.

"You look beautiful."

She turned around and saw Jungkook.

"Oh! Hi oppa. And thank you." Minji smiled.

"So Minji, are you going to the dance with anyone?" Jungkook asked.

Minji frowned.

"I'm supposedly going with Hansol, but I don't wanna go with that ert." Minji pouted.

Jungkook raised his eyebrows.

"Really?" He asked.

"Yeah." Minji nodded.

"Well, do you maybe wanna go with me?" He asked shyly.

"You mean like be your date?" Minji asked.

Jungkook thought for a minute. Date?

"Um, sure?" He said hesitantly.

Minji thought about it.

"Sure, why not, better than going with Hansol." Minji smiled.

"Minji, I'm back." Sulli came into view.

"I'll see you later Minji." Jungkook waved.

"Bye." Minji waved.

"Whose that?" Sulli asked.

"A friend." Minji said.

"Oh, well here you go." Sulli handed her a box of lace heels and some gold jewelery.

"Wow, thanks unnie!" Minji exclaimed.
