Myungsoo stretched his limbs to relieve the stiff ache in them courtesy of the two hour lecture that did nothing but put him to sleep despite the fact that it was now noon. Usually Myungsoo was engaged with the lessons, he just found them interesting but today his mind was wandering elsewhere as the professor’s droning served as background music. Today he had to go meet Kim Sunggyu.

Half of him was dreading it to the point he wanted to curl up in a blanket and whine while the other half was stuttering in nervous excitement, it was making him sick and his head hurt from the overload of conflicting emotions. This Sunggyu guy was already causing him distress, Myungsoo didn’t know if he’d be able to handle his actual presence if this was what he was like prior to even meeting him.

“Snap out of it ” Sungjong jumps on his back and causes them to collide into the wall, of course Myungsoo’s face bears the brunt of the injury, Sungjong just laughs at him as he groans in pain and rubs his now sore face “wow you’re seriously out of it, you’re not meeting the ing prime minister man” Sungjong snorts and pulls him along

“I was just thinking...why do you assault me so much?” Myungsoo leans in and slightly shoves him playfully with his shoulder earning a grin and a wink

“Because I love you darling” Myungsoo’s already feeling better from the distraction “and of course it’s payback for all those times you interfered with me and your brother getting down and dirty” never mind.

Myungsoo let himself be dragged along by Sungjong not really knowing whether he still wanted to go or not, Hoya had insisted that at the very least Sungjong should accompany him along to meet Sunggyu (because he knew first-hand how devastating Sungjong could be) so here they were trudging into unfamiliar territory.

Well it was for Myungsoo, he had never been this far into the downtown district where the houses got more grungy looking and apartment complexes sprung up at places looking as dirty as the houses, he idly wondered how it would be so much better looking if they put some flowers out. Sungjong was suspiciously at ease with it though, weaving his way through the streets with expert precision and experience, he was about to open his mouth and ask where they were when out of nowhere an arm shot out and grabbed at Sungjong’s waist.

A surprised shout left Sungjong's lips as the arm hooked itself around his waist and pulled him into the side street, Myungsoo’s eyes widened and without thinking at all he ran after him throwing wild punches at the man holding onto his friend. When his fists stopped connecting and he could hear Sungjong laughing he refocused his attention on what was going on. The man stood before him with a slightly irritated quirk to his lip, he was tall and well built, domineering in his stance and Myungsoo sneaked a glance at Sungjong out the corner of his eyes but was confused to find him leaning against the wall casually as though this random stranger hadn’t just grabbed him.

“This is my boyfriend” he explained and Myungsoo suddenly felt really stupid and embarrassed “he said he’d meet us and take us to where we needed to go, apparently he knows that dude, sorry if he scared you” the grin on his face showed he was anything but sorry and Myungsoo silently cursed him out for not mentioning it earlier.
