Do Kyungsoo of the Textile District here- or, I mean, District 8...same thing. Before our district's reaping, I had to stitch up all the nice clothes in my possesion, since I managed to tear every one of them somehow. Lucky me, right? But seriously, I'm kind of glad our district has textile masters. I tear stuff a lot and I'm able to fix it pretty well since my mother is a designer and dress maker. Ever since I was young, she's taught me the basics for sewing, and then some. When I'm older I want to design clothes too, and follow my family's heritage, but whenever I share it to my friends, they make fun of me. It really hurts, even though I don't make it look like it does. Hopefully one day I can prove them wrong and show them all how much potential I have.

 As I finished the last couple stitches on my shirt, I wondered how this year's reaping will play out. I tend to speculate over the Hunger Games in general, and quite frequently. If I think about it too much, I get a little freaked out. And then I hear that the rules for this year have changed to one male per district? I mean, really, Capitol? Really, President Snow?

 This means only twelve boys will be fighting. No girls. The number of tributes decrease by half this year. Does this mean the Games will be shorter? Maybe...oh wait, maybe not...since the Gamemakers always have some kind of trick to keep the arena at a sense of equilibrium, no matter what. ...See, here I am speculating. I need to stop, but I can't!

 I just don't want to die like that...that's all...
