Chapter 13: Himchan's Job

A/n: Okay so this chapter is in 3rd person view so.. yeahhh

Himchan stood there looking at the sign above the convenience store.

Today would be his first day at work with Kai....

Man I hope its not too bad.... He thought.

As he entered the cool breeze from the air conditioning hit his face.

"Hey, glad you're here!" Smiled Kai.

"So...what exactly am I suppose to do?" He asked very confused.

"You just wait for someone to buy stuff....haven't you ever been a cashier or worked at something like this?" 

"Not...really..." He confessed.

"Well, when people come in and buy stuff give them their change and be polite." Kai explained.

"When exactly do we get out of here?" Himchan asked.

"Um... Around 10 I think..."

"WHAT?"

"Yeah,  It's not that bad...."

"That's too long I'm going to get hungry..." Himchan pouted.

"You can go eat later." Kai said.

"NO YOU DONT UNDERSTAND."

"Calm down, you'll live." Kai patted his back.

The door opened and a girl limped in her crutches.

It was Eun Mi.

"Hey Eun Mi!~" Kai smiled at her.

"Hey I didn't know you guys worked at THIS store.." Her face lit up.

"Yeah, well, Himchan just started today." Kai said.

"Wow...and how's that going Himchan?" Eun Mi asked.

"I want to go home T^T" Himchan pouted.

"but Hyosung..." Eun Mi reminded him.

"My princess..... I WILL WORK HARD FOR HER!"Himchan said determined.

"You better! So anyway... I hear you guys have good slushies here.... hehe." Eun Mi limped to the slushie machine.

"Ahhhh why don't I help you out...hehe" Kai ran to her side.

"Why are you guys saying 'hehe' after every sentence like what da hell." Himchan noticed.

Kai ingnored Himchan and helped Eun Mi out.

"Alright, that'll be 1,393 won." Kai said.

Eun Mi handed the money over.

"Thank you~ Please come by again~" Kai said cutely.

Eun Mi limped out.

"What the hell was that?" Himchan asked.

"What?" Kai asked.

"Please come again~ " Himchan imitated Kai's cute reaction.

"Nothing I was just being polite..." Kai said.

"No way... You like her.... You like EUN MI! OMG DUDE YOU LIKE HER." Himchan smiled evily.

"W-what are you saying are you crazy? Of course not!" Kai defended himself.

"Are you sure about that???? Are you possssitivvvvve?" Himchan kept asking.

"There's nothing going on..."

"Okay... but if you don't get her, someone else is going to fall for her and take her away..." Smiled Himchan.

Kai was getting slighlty iritated by Himchan.

"You little ." Kai mumbled.

By the time it was 9, there weren't a lot of customers coming in because it was getting late already.

"One more hour left!" Kai announced.

"Good because I am starving." Himchan patted his tummy.

Just then a mysterious girl walked in with a hood and sun glasses.... like those girls in the Animes.

She took off her hoodie and sun glasses.

She was very cute. She looked like a porcelain doll.

Her eyes were round, she had small pink lips and milky skin.

She came in and bought a pack of gum.

"Excuse me, but do you go to Seoul High?" Asked the girl.

Kai and Himchan exchanged awkward glances.

"Ahh, yes we both do." Kai responded.

"Really? I'm going to be attending there. I'm really nervouse because I don't know anyone there..." She said.

"Oh really? Well maybe if we see you Kai can give you a tour!" Himchan said.

"Why me?" Kai asked.

"Because you don't have a girlfriend who is a jealous type like mine." Himchan said.

"Ugh. Well, I don't really mind. I'd be glad to show you around! When are you going to start?"

"Next Monday!" She smiled.

"That's good..." Kai said.

The girl waved goodbye and left the store.
