Aaron and Wang zi went to their cars. Both of them focus on the goal. They begin to start
their engines. They exchange glares. This is it! The final race; The final battle for her
heart. A battle for the one they both love.

Go!!!!

The two cars run in full speed. No one dares to slow down. They never left each others
side. They both didn’t let any one to be ahead. In every turns in every corner they don’t
let anyone advance. This is there last chance.

Gui gui was sitting in her bed. She’s staring into space.

Gui gui’s POV: “the race should be starting right now… but I still cant put my self
together”

She lowered her head as memories flash from her head…

There first meeting… (Not such a good thing to remember)
Her arcade trip with Aaron… (Where they become friends)
Wang zi’s Apology and sweet gestures… (The rose, the stars and his care)
Her bonding moments with Aaron… (How he console her in her lowest times)
And their confessions that touch her heart…

-------Flashback---------

“But she’s already Wang zi’s fiancée. She won’t love you back.”

“I don’t care! I love her and that’s all that matters. I don’t care even if she doesn’t love
me back. All I wanted is just to be next to her. With her every smile and even at her every
tears. I don’t care even how painful it is. She’s all I ever need. I admit that it kills me
inside to see her with another man but if this is all that she could offer I won’t ask for
anything else.” Aaron confesses. He didn’t know why but all those hidden emotions
suddenly went out of his mouth.

“I love you; I never felt like this before that it scares me. But what scares me more is the
thought that you’ll someday leave. That someday you’ll regret your decision. Please tell
me what I should do for you to notice me. I know that I was selfish trapping you in this
engagement but this is all I had; my only chance to be near you. Please say that you
you’ll stay with me…” Wang zi said in a low but sincere voice while staring at Gui gui.
He saw a tear fell from her eyes.

The more she thinks about it the more she get confuse. She could have a break down any
moment.

“Gui gui?”

Gui gui looks up. It took her several seconds before she could adjust her eyes with the
light.

“Dad” she stands and gave him a hug.

“Hush… it’s ok. I’m here now tell me what happen” her father said.

Gui gui starts to cry. In his arm she felt comport and peace.

“Is it about Aaron?”

She gave him a confuse look.

“He likes you. I could see it in his eyes and I can see that your having a hard time
choosing between him and Wang zi.” He explains.

Gui gui lets out a bitter smile. Her father knows her too well. She sat down.

“They are both special to me. I didn’t want to hurt any of them.”

Her father just smile.

“I know but you could not love both of them at the same time. You’re having a hard time
because you’re using your head to choose. Try choosing who is in here.” He points at her
heart

“Ask you heart who would make you happy. Just follow it because it would never let you
down and who ever you choose I’ll always be right here to support you” he continued.

Gui gui’s POV: “the one in my heart… the one that could truly make me happy”

Gui gui stands and look at her father.

“Dad I have to go”

He gave her a knowing smile. Gui gui runs out of her room. She needs to go to the track.
She needs to tell him how she feels she didn’t want to loss him. She can never loss him.
