TAO:

Tao figured he had been living with Kris for over a month now. He only planned to stay a week, but for some reason, he didn't want to leave.

Kris had been awfully kind. Giving the spare room to Tao. Offering to take him out for dinner or shopping. He never once questioned when Tao felt like going back to his old apartment with his friends, Xiumin and Chen. So Tao stayed.

Tao loved living with Kris. He wasn't nosy. Or did he bring annoying girlfriends home to make Tao feel like a third wheel. Infact, Tao had never once seen Kris with a girl.

Soon, it was drawing up to Kris's birthday.

'Please don't bother doing anything 'special' for me. I just want a normal day'.

So Tao did the opposite.

RING. RING. RI-

'Hello? Kai?'

'Tao! I'm glad I got a hold of you!'

'Haha, really?' Tao smiled. Kai was always glad that Tao answered.

'Yeah, I actually want to talk to you about Kris's birthday! Got anything surprising for him?'

Tao hesitated. He wasn't sure, exactly. He had been trying, but Kris was difficult.

'Not precisely. Bit of a challenge, he is...'

'Oh! That's great! Because I have a really great idea!'

'Really? Do tell...' Tao was excited. If Kai's plan really was great, then he didn't need to bother coming up with something.

'Yeah! Okay, here is the plan...'

'Happy Birthday, Kris!'

'Tao? Wha- Is this for me?'

Tao handed Kris a small package. 'Sure it is! I couldn't completely forget about your birthday!'

Kris blushed, beaming, and tore open the little silver wrappings.

Inside was a beautiful gold bracelet. The metal work was framed into a dragon, and was engraved with his English name: 크리스 (Kris). Tao blushed at Kris's surprised expression. He showed the blonde his own matching silver Panda bracelet.

'Omo, Tao... You shouldn't have. Really, it's just so beautiful, thank you!' Kris lept off the couch and pulled the panda into a hug. Tao gasped in surprise.

'Kris, let go. That's not all of your surprise. I arranged a dinner for us tonight! I know you said 'nothing special', but you at least earn a good meal.'

Kris looked even more in shock, if that were even possible. 'What, really?'

'You're welcome, Kris!'

Kris came out of his room. Tao was waiting patiently on the couch, but when the blonde came out, Tao couldn't hold himself back and jumped to his feet.

Kris looked absolutely stunning.

His blonde hair was combed back, brown eyes shining, blush clear on his face as he stood facing the other boy. His silver suit fit him perfectly in all the right places. Damn...

'Tao? I'm ready! Are we going?'

'Aah... Oh! Yeah, let's go!'

I really hope you guys like reading my story... I get real worried about it. Well, I decided to make it Kris's birthday, and Taos little present! :>
