KRIS:
   Kris reeled back, one hand clutching the side of his face. His cheekbone was throbbing painfully. Blood trickled in a thin stream from the corner of his mouth. The pain was bearable, though. Kris lowered his hand, and glared at the other boy. Zitao.
   The boy was clearly frightened. His dark eyes were wide with shock. Damn. What have I done? Kris moved forwards, hands infront to protect himself.
   The boy took this movement the wrong way. He yelled again, stumbled off the couch, and crushed himself against the far wall. Then he crumpled to the floor, breathing rugged.

   Kris needed to console the boy. But... how? He lowered his hands, and stepped forwards a bit, and sat himself cross-legged infront of the couch. He faced the boy.
   "Wh-why did you punch me?" Kris asked calmly.
   "Why wouldn't I punch you?" Zitao looked terrified. "You were going to-" The boy grabbed at his own throat.
I need to apologize...
   Kris studied the boy. He was very attractive. He had a mess of black hair, unruly, that brushed just over his eyes. He wore a loose white shirt, and his dark jeans from last night. Well, its not like he could change...
   "Hey, let's just... calm down, Zitao. I need to explain, okay?" Kris spoke as calm as he could manage.
The boy just sat there. Damn. This is going to be difficult. Kris took a deep breath.
   "Okay..."
