Rule Breaker

Bad Case of Loving You

"Sir, I'm afraid we have a bad news," a man said timidly as he faced the superior in front of him, who is in this case, the principal of the school.

"What is it?" the principal raised an eyebrow at the teacher in front of him.

The other man simply put a white envelope on the desk and the principal immediately knew what's going on. The principal took a deep breath, trying not to stomp out of his office and slaughter every person who triggered it.

"... Who is it this time?"

"The school's nurse, sir. She left it at the infirmary this morning apparently," the teacher said.

"Again?! We've lost about five teachers who were in charge of the school's infirmary!" the principal barked.

"Well... You know well who did it, sir..."

The principal rubbed his temple in annoyance. There is only one student in the whole campus who had managed to enter his blacklist within a few weeks after the start of the school year. Nam Woohyun, that one hell of a student never learned.

"I want you to ring someone for me."

.

.

      "WHAT THE HELL?!"

People around them shot him a weird look. The files that were in his hand are now scattered around the floor. Kim Sunggyu isn't exactly a man of patience, but he's famous as the most wanted doctor in the hospital. With the numerous amount of appointments he had with different people, almost all people recognized him.

      "That's the spirit, Kim!"

"Don't play around with me, Guk. What was it again?!" Sunggyu hissed as he glared at the taller man.

"You just got transferred from the hospital to Woollim High," Yongguk raised an eyebrow.

"I know that! But on what occassion, may I ask?"

"Oh, nothing personal. But apparently you managed to create yourself a reputation that even a school decided that they want you," Yongguk grinned, slapping the collected files on Sunggyu's chest. Sunggyu groaned instantly.

"What's wrong? I thought you're an alumni of that school," Yongguk shot him an amused look. Sunggyu rolled his eyes in response.

"That's true. But that's what makes it worse," Sunggyu said with a sigh. "I'm not sure if I would like to step my feet inside that school building ever again."

"Stop exaggerating things. Years have passed and you should know that by now things have changed." This time Yongguk rolled his eyes at Sunggyu.

      "But, Guk--"

"Kim Sunggyu, you haven't been there for freaking eight years already! Those teachers that you feared long time ago wouldn't even be there anymore. Now be a kind person and go tell the boss that you're moving today because they called like an hour ago."

Sunggyu stared at his co-worker in disbelief. Apparently Woollim High had phoned the hospital because they knew that he graduated from there, and since he's practically the busiest man alive--and apparently his boss took notice of that--his friend decided to sell him in order to get his share of job.

"I swear the moment I'm back here you'll be the first patient I'm dealing with," Sunggyu shot Yongguk a warning look. The latter simply laughed it off.

      "Keep dreaming, Kim."

.

.

Despite the fact that the bell had just rung a few moments ago, students are still outside their respective classes. Some stayed in corners of the hall, some ran around from one class to another. Some students even busied themselves with some rated magazines lying innocently on the teacher's desk.

      "Where are you going?"

Woohyun turned his head to see Sungyeol crossing his arms on his chest. His best friend had caught him sneaking out of the class once again. Woohyun grinned at the taller guy before he slung an arm around Sungyeol's shoulder.

"Well, you know that the bell just rang," Woohyun said. Sungyeol raised an eyebrow.

"Which is the reason why you have to stay inside the classroom," Sungyeol pulled the shorter male to their desk. Woohyun blew his bang in annoyance.

"God, Yeol. You've been friends with me for more than two years, you must've known my class schedule by now!" Woohyun huffed. Sungyeol narrowed his eyes.

"Right. Your schedule consists of three periods of infirmary, two periods of library time and two periods of rooftop class, while the other two periods are recess and lunch, for God's sake!" Sungyeol hissed.

"See? I know you're my best friend!"

"Woohyun, you seriously need a treatment for this habit of yours. You've been skipping most of your classes the past two weeks and now the teachers are after me just because you didn't show up in any of their lessons! Do I have to glue your on the chair?!"

"Of course not, Yeol. If you glue my to the chair, then am I supposed to move around with the chair?" Woohyun rolled his eyes when Sungyeol actually contemplated for a while. "See? I still have some common sense here."

"That doesn't mean I'm letting you go either," Sungyeol sneered. Woohyun pouted when he glanced at the clock.

'I can't stay here for long. The teacher will be here within any minute and if I get caught... Oh dear, additional class on Biology is never a good thing.'

"You know what, Yeol? I have a better idea."

.

.

"Aah, glad to have you here, Sunggyu-sshi!"

"It's Doctor Kim, sir," Sunggyu smiled, definitely forced, at his new boss in front of him. The principal's smile went wider.

"I never thought that you would agree to move from such a prestigious hospital into an infamous school like this," the principal said shaking Sunggyu's hand.

"It would be a pleasure, sir. After all, I should be proud to be able to work here. I was a student here, wasn't I?" Sunggyu said through gritted teeth. He tried his best not to think of the fact that he actually got downgraded.

"True, you should be proud, Sung-- Doctor Kim," the principal sneered inwardly. Sunggyu's lip tugged up into a slight smirk.

"So... Am I supposed to be handling the infirmary today?"

"Right. You can start working today. And since you're an alumni of this school, I'm sure you know well where the school infirmary is."

Sunggyu's jaw tightened as he clenched his fist. True, he knows well where the infirmary is, much to his dismay. He shook the thought off with the most sweetest smile he could manage.

"I will do my best, sir," Sunggyu smiled as he bowed a bit. The moment he was about to step out of the office, the principal's voice stopped him in his track.

"I almost forgot to tell you this... But there's something I need you to know," the principal bit his lips as he glanced at the white envelope on the desk.

"What is it, sir?" Sunggyu blinked.

"There's this brat--no, student, who apparently thought that the school's infirmary is his paradise. The teachers had been frantic about him skipping almost all of his classes, but I know well that he will be there within a few minutes," the principal said.

Sunggyu blinked again at the thought of a student who managed to tick the principal to the extent of making the principal address him as a brat.

'A student to create such an impact? Now that's new...' Sunggyu thought as a small smirk started to tug on his lips once again.

"May I know any information about this student, sir?"

"His name is Nam Woohyun, a second year," the principal said furrowing his eyebrows. Even the thought of the student's name frustrated him already.

Sunggyu smiled and bowed once again before he walked out of the office.

.

.

"Woohyun-ah, if the teacher catch us we're dead!" Sungyeol hissed as the tall boy tailed the other along the hallway.

"Ssh, no worries, no worries. The school nurse just gave her resignation letter to the principal this morning. There's no way for them to find replacement as easy as that," Woohyun said chuckling. Sungyeol's jaw dropped.

"You did something to her, didn't you..?" Sungyeol furrowed his eyebrows. Woohyun just grinned sheepishly.

"Well, I didn't do anything in particular. She was the one who decided to leave," Woohyun skipped towards the infirmary and opened the door. But his eyes went wide at the presence of an unknown figure standing next to the bed.

Woohyun couldn't help but gulp at the sight. For after all, the man in front of him was God-knows-why barechested. Even though Woohyun could only see the back side of him, it was more than enough for him.

Sunggyu felt someone staring at him. In fact, the feeling was so intense that he couldn't help but turn around to see the person in question. The moment he saw a student stood there frozen in spot, Sunggyu's lips formed a small smirk.

"I see. So you're the kid they were talking about. Here to skip class, hm?" Sunggyu cocked his head to a side. Woohyun snapped out of his trance and looked behind to see that Sungyeol had run off leaving him by himself.

Actually, Sunggyu was changing his clothes into something more comfortable for him to wear. After all, it's a school, right? He doesn't have to worry who he is going to face since the people around him would be mostly students. But apparently a certain Nam Woohyun decided to step in at the most perfect timing.

"Well, you found out about my intention. Shall we get down to business then?" Woohyun raised an eyebrow at him. The older simply smiled and walked closer to Woohyun.

Woohyun didn't expect the older to suddenly approach him like that. He took a step back everytime Sunggyu inched closer to him. Woohyun's breath hitched when his back collided against the wall while the shirtless man leaned down to get on eye level with the student.

"So, what kind of business are we going to discuss about?" Sunggyu tilted his head slightly, raising an eyebrow. "Because I'm pretty sure that you're into something more than a mere skipping class business."

Woohyun blinked before his lips curved up into a smirk. Sunggyu noticed this and shot him a smirk as well.

'Not bad... He's definitely not bad.'

A/N: Apparently the school decided to be a and shoved thousands of tasks for me to do. Yet I couldn't help but to update since it's the greasytree's birthday after all (urgh I just love him too much).

Anyway, thanks to all of you who had subscribed! Sorry to keep you waiting.
