Stories that are just left there, never really finished.

How to actually finish a story.

Hmm. So this is really common on AFF. There's this thing called the 'Writer's block'.

It's where the authors of stories run out of ideas and no matter how much they read, travel places

or try to think, they just cant get a chapter out for their audiences and then in some cases, they go hyper when they lose subscriptions and votes.

It really seems as these days.. Everyone's trying to compete too hard to get the "Most subs", the "Most comments"

The "Most POPULARITY"

I think I mentioned this before, don't find the victory.

Let the victory find you.

Just enjoy writing and don't care about what others think! AFF is a place to let all your K-pop fantasies out and if you get subs, hey! It's another good bonus!

Look at PSY, he's not as appealing in terms of looks neither height or weight, but with Gangnam Style

He SUCCEEDED IN KOREA FIRST before he became a global hit in America and so.

Anyway~ Back to the topic LOL

You know those moments when your head is like bursting with ideas after seeing a single music video

or a set of drama? Or even seeing a variety show?

And you want to use that in your own fanfictions but there's too many to use and later you end up forgetting them?

This is actually one of the really helping tips for writer's block.

You know you have those ideas when all you have are ideas,

Write all those ideas down somewhere! On a notebook, somewhere.

For me, I prefer to type it somewhere on a place like Microsoft since I'm so used to writing online.

But anyway. . .

Yeah, so write them down. If you happen to find really good pictures that go with your ideas,

or even say it was a picture which gave you an idea! Save it! Keep it!

And when you have your writer's block-

Look back at it.

Often you can relate to song lyrics too- but you shouldn't copy the song lyrics

and put them as your foreword and use as a plot,

because that's really unoriginal and people are going to notice. That's like a form of plagiarizing.

And another topic.

You know when you start stories and you just don't get the ability to finish them?

Well.. There really isn't an answer for that. You just need to have real passion for your story like you did

when you first started it, and have you had a specific ending you wanted for the story?

You know- make a special twist ending to finish it in a smooth way but I don't recommend it..

Let me tell you my experiences of being on AFF.although I only found out about AFF only in 2011, it feels like I've known it forever!

I remember that time Iwas hard core obsessed with Boyfriend, especially Minwoo

and I came across a fanfic called "Cookies and Cream"

Where Minwoo is the cream and the Jo twins are the cookies and you know that brotherly love and jealousy and stuff.

I found it really cool then i noticed the sight and at that time, I was really inspired to write my own-

So I used the characters from Playful Kiss (Jung So Min) and Minwoo and so on,

and created a story but I never actually ended up finishing it.. -_-

But one I do remember finishing was called "21st Century girl" starring IU

but I was in such a rush to have a finished collection it turned out really ..

That link is a link with IU and Park Bo Gum- its a little drama mini story for a noodles CF.

It's a really cute drama like mini story and after seeing that, do you know how much inspiration I got?

It's like, an average girl crushing on a local oppa who works at a noodles shop- but he doesn't see her except as a little sister, you know etc, or like a partner in crime for a music business and so on.

I searched up so much photos and videos and especially GIFS, so that I would never forget the special ideas i had.

It's like a CF for Samsung wave phone. (3 episodes) starring IU and Siwan, Kwanghee

But it goes like,

There's a young boy and a girl who met at a beach.

The boy has been living at a island and he saw a girl who hated water and couldn't swim.

So he wanted to help her not be afraid of the water but she refused.

And then he saw her falling into the water and nearly drowning cuz her hat fell in the water and so he jumped in to save her, and then he helped her get rid of her fear. Then they became like really good friends that day-- but the girl had to go back to Korea, and they promised to meet each other

when they grow up.

And then so later he (Siwan) finds the girl (which is IU) and then IU was a Sea diver person thingo (LOL) and then like later on she realized that Siwan was the boy from when they were little and then its really romantic.

Now got some inspiration to finish that old story
