In the city of Seoul, where the bigwigs and CEOs of worldwide corporations reside, an academy dedicated towards the performing arts was built. However its tuition is no joke, and mostly only the wealthy families can afford to send their children there...

As the 3rd year class of Seoul Performing Arts Academy begins, changes happen to the lives of once peaceful performing hopefuls. Each student has their own dreams and aspirations - and restraints and challenges.
 

CLASS 3A:

JUNG EUNJI
A boyish student with a passion for vocalizing. Despite her parents' sudden death and having to move into a small apartment and taking on part-time jobs to pay for her tuition, she's still considered class 3A's happy virus. Although it was a car accident, Eunji can't help but shake off a feeling that there's more to their deaths than she thinks.

JUNG DAEHYUN
A scholarship student who enjoys the view out the window by his desk in the back corner of the room - and eating. Originally from Busan, his parents relocated to America for reasons he doesn't know himself. Daehyun is a mischeivous chatterbox once he's warmed up. He can also belt out 9 high notes.

LEE KIKWANG
A total athlete with many friends/admirers because he's good at what he does. He loves sports and his classes are centered around physical education, mainly dance, until he was required to take vocal training to be signed to an entertainment label. His family is one of the richest in the city.

YANG YOSEOB
The joyful, babo yet genius of 3A. He aces all vocal tests but has close to no sense when it comes to physical education. Also a scholarship student and Kikwang's best friend. Kikwang normally takes it upon himself to give Yoseob a few tips so he won't be scolded so much by Hyuna-teacher. In return, Yoseob offers him aegyo lessons. Yoseob considers himself the Aegyo King.

LEE HI
Second youngest in the whole grade, and maknae of 3A. She has a soulful and unique voice. She's naturally good at foreign languages especially english, coming from an elementary school with a well-known English teacher.

GOO HARA
Jiyeon's best friend. Works hard, doesn't make an effort talking to others. She can be seen following Jiyeon's orders most of the time. She's the daughter of one of the main top companies around the city.

PARK JIYEON
Hara's best friend, almost never separated from her. Her family also owns one of the biggest businesses.

BAE SUZY
3A's class president, a big trend follower. She's always up to date with trends and gossip, and thanks to her 3A is always in the know. Her ideal type is a trendsetter.

CLASS 3B:

CHOI JUNHONG/ZELO
May be the maknae of the whole grade, but is overflowing with talent and skills, specializing in rap, specifically his LTE rap. His sentences flow so fast he'll leave you in the dust. He attends all rap classes and watches Yongguk's advice cams the minute it's released. He's aiming for "most sentences read in a single breath", previously set by G-Dragon sunbaenim.

HYORIN
The best vocalist in the grade, with the widest range. She goes from thin high to low notes, beating out IU, Ailee, and Eunji by a little bit. Likes going out to eat late at night. Takes good care of her voice and friends.

AILEE
A lively, powerful vocalist from America, known for her ad-libs. She loves singing Beyonce's songs at karaoke. She's naturally very good with foreign languages, and her studies are all subjects of dancing and singing, with a little acting. Variety comes to her naturally sometimes too. Aims to be a well-rounded idol.

LEE JIEUN/IU
A solo idol focused on improving her range; considers Hyorin, Ailee, and Eunji her biggest rivals. She can be competitive, judgemental, and cold despite her image as a innocent and happy idol. After being the first solo idol to debut in class 3, she became less open to avoid rumors and controversies.

JUNG ILHOON
A trendsetter among the students. He has a sense of style and admires his rapper sunbaenims T.O.P, G-Dragon, and Bang Yongguk. He has great stagemanship and always looks professional. People never know what he's thinking - he can be playful and cute one moment, or serious and cold the next.

NAM WOOHYUN
Popular with the girls from both classes. He's a people-pleaser, giving empty compliments and promises, but he cares about his friends a lot and always raises the mood.

KIM MYUNGSOO
Girls squeal as he's simply walking down the hallway. He's Woohyun's quiet childhood friend and has his back on everything. He prefers to be alone with his camera. He's actually really weird and dorky once you make the effort to talk to him.. His specialty is acting, modeling, dancing, guitar, and looking pretty. Or so he claims.
