Most of you see ulzzangs that have bright white milky skin. It's hard to achieve a skin tone like so especially if you live in a more warmer climate. Here's some ways to get whiter skin without bleaching or undergoing surgery.
First, increase your Vitamin C intake. Vitamin C enhances skin color and keeps your skin strong. Eat foods that contain citrus such as:
- lemons
- oranges
- tomatoes
- strawberries
- sweet peppers
- cantaloupe
- green peas
Another way to intake more Vitamin C is to take pills. However, this way is highly not recommended.
Another way is to eat more Vitamin A (yup, vitamins are important yo.) This keeps your skin healthy and strong. Foods with Vitamin A include:
- nonfat milk
- oysters
- egg yolks
These foods have vitamin A and will help minimize the effects of sun damage to your skin:
- carrots
- watermelon
- papaya
- tomatoes
- dark colored produce
Obviously, another way to get lighter skin is stay away from the sun! When you are outdoors, apply sunscreen with a minimum of SPF 15. UV rays are harmful to our skin and can slow down your body's production of repairing dead cells. Pollution is also a major cause of acne and dull skin tone.
