Seohyun and the others are still having class that time. She noticed that someone is watching her. She tried to look around near the window and found a black silhouette at the tree outside the window.

She gasped and tried to concentrate on their lecture but its presence was too disturbing for her.

“One day, you’re gonna be mine...”

She heard a voice which was undeniably evil.

“NO!” She yelled unconsciously and stood up. Seohyun looked at the tree and the black silhouette was gone.

The whole class was looking at her and wondered.

“Miss Seo Joo Hyun, do you have something to say?” the teacher asked.

“No I don’t. I’m sorry.” Then she went to sit again and scratched her head.

“You alright, Seohyun?” Taeyeon asked with a worried tone. Seohyun just nodded in response.

Yonghwa looked at her then at the tree she was looking at a while ago.

According to the instructions given to them, they’re set to begin the mission after sunset. So immediately after their class, they started preparing in the mansion in their own rooms.

“Oh God, this day went by so fast.” Seohyun uttered as she was changing her clothes.

“And I can’t believe us girls have this kind of outfit.” She commented while looking at the mirror and looking at every angle. “Good thing, it’s stretchable. And to think Han Byul unnie designed this for us. She’s so talented.”

[NOTE: The girls’ outfits are the ones that they wore in their Run Devil Run promotion minus the 5 to 6 inches of heels. They’re wearing black boots instead.]

Seohyun just pony-tailed her hair and went out of her room with the katana placed on her back and the gun at the side of her leg.

“Ji Hyun-sshi, I don’t look awful right?”

“This isn’t a fashion show alright. During our time, we don’t have this kind of outfit when we go on a mission. It’s usually just a kimono.”

Seohyun sighed deeply. “Yeah. You’ll help me later right?”

Then Ji Hyun suddenly appeared in front of her.

“Wow, I didn’t thought you can appear as clear as this.”

“Of course I can. Don’t feel nervous and boost up your energy for later.” Seohyun just nodded.

“La la la la la…Woah!” It was no other than Jonghyun with a shocked expression. “Who’s Seohyun between the both of you?”

Then two guys appeared on his back and also witnessed the scene.

“H-Hyung, the other Seohyun is scaring me.” Uttered Minhyuk while hiding behind his hyung.

“Huh? Which one?” Jonghyun asked with a confused look.

“Pabo! Can’t you figure it out? It’s – Oh, she’s gone.“ Minhyuk pointed at Ji Hyun who decided to vanish to prevent confusion.

“Minhyuk it’s your fault! I didn’t have the chance to get to know her just a little bit. Pfft.” Jonghyun pouted and looked at Minhyuk with pointing eyes.

Seohyun looked at the both of them with a more confused look. ‘They might look mature but they think childishly cute.’ She thought.

“Okay. Stop it you two. Let’s all go downstairs now.” Yonghwa blurted out as they followed behind.

 ‘While the other one thinks maturely. I can’t imagine him acting like Minhyuk and Jonghyun though. I think that would be the funniest and awkward thing ever.’ She thought and chuckled.

“Heyyy. Are you laughing at us?” Jonghyun asked her suspiciously.

“Bwoh? A-A-Annyeo.” Seohyun answered shortly with a smile. Minhyuk quickly nudged him on his side which made Jonghyun pout.

“Ya~ Stop teasing her. Ji Hyun might not talk to us for not treating Seohyun well.”

“Aish. Minhyuk, you’re not planning on hitting on Ji Hyun are you?” Yonghwa suddenly blurted out.

Minhyuk sighed in disbelief. “H-Hyung! How can you possibly think I’m gonna do that? I’m just being friendly with people.” Then he showed a cheesy smile.

Then three figures showed up at their right.

“Duuhhh Kang Minhyuk!! He’s just telling the truth.” Taeyeon blurted out while crossing her arms and tongued him before they walked passed them.

Han Byul and Tiffany just smiled at them and signaled them to follow. Two matt black Audi R8 were waiting for them outside. The ladies rode on the first one while the guys together with Seven rode on the second one.

Their cars stopped in front of a door under a bridge that goes to the city.

They all went out of the car. Jonghyun typed in the code number at the side and the door immediately flew open for them.

Seohyun didn’t have any idea on what’s beyond that door. The others followed Jonghyun inside so she just did the same.

“Seohyun–ah.” Seven tapped her shoulder from behind. “Ever wondered on what Jonghyun is capable of?”

Her eyes just looked at him with curiosity. They went together inside and it was surprisingly a very wide room with a lot of electrical wirings, computers, gadgets, weapons, and anything only Jonghyun knows.

At the center of the room, a wide rectangular table stood in front of them. Jonghyun feels proud while grinning at them and crossing his arms.

“Uhhh…so what does this table do?” Minhyuk suddenly asked while pointing to it.

“Jonghyun-sshi, don’t you think this table is a convenient thing to carry around?” Taeyeon added.

Right then Jonghyun’s palm hit his face in embarrassment.

“Oh no. The blending effect must have been activated since it was left there this morning. Sorry about that guys.” Then he snapped that made six black arm buckles visible.

“This arm buckle can do several functions. A while ago you saw it blend with the color of the table. It has the ability to blend with the colors in contact with it. Second, I put a tracker in it so that I’ll know all your locations. Third, you can actually contact each other through it like a phone. Fourth, it also has the ability to make you invisible for an hour if blending in becomes a risk. And lastly, for emergency cases, you can remove it and set it to self-destruct.”

They wore it on their arm and tested the functions mentioned by Jonghyun except for the last one of course.

“Jonghyun, this is cool.” Han Byul commented while examining it.

“Not bad, kid.”

They heard Ji Hyun speak through Seohyun and she was smirking with satisfaction on her face that sends shivers on Minhyuk and Jonghyun’s spine.

Seven noticed the two and just smirked on their expressions.

“Jonghyun-sshi, I’ve only seen this kind of stuff on action movies.” Seohyun commented this time with excitement on her face.

“Hehe Y-yeah.” He scratched the back of his head in embarrassment.

“Jonghyun and I will be staying here to keep track of your actions when you reach the place. Your main objective is to save the girl named Yuri. So Yonghwa I entrust the team to you. Be careful, alright?” Seven finally said as the six of them immediately left the area.

“So what’s the plan, hyung?” Minhyuk asked as they closed the door.

“There are a lot of assassins in that house as we know, right? So it’ll be better if we split into groups of two. Minhyuk and Taeyeon will eliminate the front guards first and proceed immediately inside the castle to unlock the entrance leading to the underground lab. Make it fast as much as possible. Han Byul Noona and Tiffany will take cover on Seohyun and me when we’ll be inside the castle. Let’s eliminate the guards who’ll stand in our way. We should be careful for them not to notice anything odd even though Jonghyun’s gadget is aiding us, araso?”

The six of them watched out for a possible entrance at the back or at the side of the castle.

Minhyuk and Taeyeon sneaked behind the guards and put them to sleep then hid the bodies behind the bushes.

The lab’s entrance was behind the Statue in front of the staircase as what Jonghyun had told them.

“Good. Now, how to unlock the entrance.” Jonghyun’s voice can be heard on their earphones.

“Let’s try to touch the body parts of the statue.” Taeyeon requested.

“Taengoo is so y~” Minhyuk as they started to touch some body parts of the statue. Taeyeon gave him a shut-up look.

Seohyun stood there with Yonghwa on her side. He was watching for some guards who might pass by.

“Guys we better blend in. Something is coming.” He blurted out and the others followed his command immediately.

“She’s here.” Seohyun whispered and the others became stiffed upon hearing it.

Right then, the girl named Kwon Yuri showed up through a black silhouette. A man in a formal suit with a metallic mask covering his entire face and black Fedora hat arrived with three assassins guarding him.

“It’s just that this body will eventually deteriorate soon. I need to transfer to the perfect vessel as soon as possible.” A tone of impatience was observed by the man following her.

“I understand.” then the three assassins behind him all fell on the floor unconscious.

They make themselves visible as the ladies surrounded the temporary vessel. Seohyun pointed her katana at her and the guys pointed their guns to the man wearing a mask.

“Well, well, well…” Yuri spoke with a smirk.

“If I had sealed you a long time ago, this body you are in wouldn’t be in this state.”

“But then again, you were too merciful and naïve. And that will make you fail.”

“Hm, Really? We’ll see about that.”

Then the two of them vanished in thin air. A number of assassins came to the place which made Yonghwa and the others surrounded.

“Basically, I don’t allow unexpected visitors to just leave without a taste of entertainment. So shall we?” the masked man said with a bow.

“Ugh. Stop the formalities. It’s making me sick.” Yonghwa uttered in irritation. ‘And where the heck did she go to?’

Yuri and Ji Hyun eventually reached the rooftop while exchanging attacks. The thunder’s sudden sound made the atmosphere more tense and heavy rain seems to be approaching.

At the back of Ji Hyun’s mind is a conversation between her and Seohyun.

“Ji Hyun-sshi, you can actually seal her right?”

“Yes but I need more time to complete the ritual and I need to trap her first before doing so.”

“It’s just that I want the girl Yuri to live. Is that still possible?”

“I can’t guarantee that. The other side of me is too powerful that she can have the ability to end the innocent girl’s life that even I can’t do anything to stop it. Except if…we can capture her first then maybe the girl can possibly live.”

Ji Hyun closed her eyes then opened it again.

“I don’t know who you really are but I want to fight you as me, Seohyun.” Seohyun finally said and Ji Hyun was alarmed by her words.

Yuri’s brows furrowed for a moment but later on a smirk showed on her face. “Very well, little girl. But if I win, I’ll take full control of your body.”

“Stop this. Don’t be too reckless. It’s like you’re committing suicide, Seo Joo Hyun. You know very well the consequences when she’ll be the one to take over you.”

“I know but…I want to do this.”

Ji Hyun felt that she was serious on her words and felt the need to let her do what she wanted. With that, Ji Hyun separated herself from Seohyun’s body.

“But if I win, you should let your temporary vessel live.”

“Deal. I’m just too excited to finally transfer to the perfect vessel.”

Seohyun felt nervous and she remembered the time when her Grandpa was killed. She closed her eyes and tried to clear her mind.

“Open up your 5 senses, Seo Joo Hyun.”

White aura is starting to surround her. The black dragon tattoo engraved on her back glows and transfers to the blade of the katana.
