“oh, ne, Lilly imnida” you stutter because of his co cute big eyes that is staring at you.

“oh, hello, im Kyungsoo, but you can call me D.O” he smiled that immediately made your heart flutter.

“oh, ne” you nodded shyly.

You were both staring at each other but the silence got disturb by the ahjussi’s chuckle.

“young kids.. are so funny now a dyas” he patted D.O’s shoulders

“she is challenging though.. you like a good challenge”

“challenge?” D.O ask innocently

“yeah.. she said she is good in the kitchen” the Ahjussi smiled

“really, I like breaking records though” you smirk that slightly irritated him but at the same it turned him on.

“lets go, I don’t like wasting my time standing when I can clearly beat you without a sweat he arrogantly stated that pissed you off to the end..

The Ahjussi lead you to the Kitchen, it wasn’t that big but it was a nice kitchen fit perfect for a small restaurant.

I’ll give you an hour to serve me a whole coarse meal, main dish, appetizer, side dish, soup, and Dessert.” The Ahjussi smiled in anticipation.

“but an hour? Isn’t it a little short?” D.O became worried

D.O immediately worked but you just stood there thinking of what to cook.

After planning the things you wanted to cook, you immediately did your task with ease. ‘if I become frantic like this owl eyes, I need to focus and imagine im cooking for appa’ you thought. You sliced, fried and boiled the things that are needed and 30 minutes had past, you are almost done but D.O was still frantic because he spilled all his pasta sauce so he needed to do it again. 10 minutes before an hour you started you are already seating your dishes in the plates and finish your Reese peanut butter cake.

While on the other hand, D.O was an expert on the kitchen but he just can’t concentrate when you are around him. He found himself staring at you while cooking that’s why he became frantic and spilled his pasta sauce.. ‘what’s wrong with me? she is just a girl’ he focused again and this time he finished his Dishes just in time Ahjussi came back.

After tasting the dishes, Ahjussi frowned.

"well,……..” he paused but then smiled.

“I guess I’ll have to extend my restaurant if I will add a new chief who is better than my son” he smiled at you

while D.O frowned and immediately took the fork and tasted his dishes but it taste normal then he tasted your pasta and shockingly its freaking delicious. He smiled before looking at you with his cute adorable big eyes and automatically your face immediately blusled

“welcome aboard Lilly.. but can I call you apple?”

“it just suites you because of those pink cheeks of yours” he then sent a wink that immediately made you blush more.
