Later that day, we went over to the beach and made a fire.

Jiyeon and the girl, I keep forgetting her name seem to enjoy the beach.

I stared into the sky, but I kept glancing over at the girl. I didn’t know why I was doing that; she just wouldn’t get out of my head.

“Jay, you keep staring into space and then looking towards a direction.” Junsu commented.

I shrugged, “I don't really know. I'm just staring in space and then looking at the people.”

Everyone started to come and sit down near the fire.

I glanced at her a few times. I noticed she was having fun, smiling, laughing, and talking to Jiyeon.

All of a sudden, I heard someone shouting someone’s name.

I noticed the girl stood up. I watched her walk towards the man, it was the police.

I walked over to Jiyeon, “Ji, what’s going on?”

She shrugged, “I wish I knew.”

“C’mon.” I walked towards the police and the girl.

“JAY!” Junsu shouted.

I ignored him.

Jiyeon followed next to me, “Jay, what are you doing?”

I ignored her too.

The police noticed me, “What’s wrong, son?”

“What’s going on?” I asked.

The girl stared at me.

We walked back to the fire.

I shrugged, “I went with my sister to see what was going on.”

“Nothing, she just had to go home.”
