Chapter 15;

The Adolescent Adventures of Onew Appa and Baby Taemin

Minho hasn't talked to his father ever since the news of him transferring schools and the last time he talked to Taemin was when he told him that he was leaving. 

Minho sat down inside a small coffee shop and sighed. Taking a sip of his coffee, he looked at one of the guards his father hired to follow him everywhere. This coffee shop was where Taemin and him would always go to, mostly because they made Taemin's favourite cupcake here. Minho heard what dounded like a very manly old lady yelling at the guards. She was weaaring a long skirt and a poncho, with a long scarf wrapped around her head to cover her face. After a few minutes of arguing, they let the old lady in. Minho sat up straight and bowed to the old lady. 

"PSSSST, Minho! It's me, Jinki!" Minho's eyes widened in shock as the 'old woman' lifted her scarf-covered head, revealing Jinki.

"What the hell?!" Minho yelled, making Jinki cover his mouth.

"SHHHHHH! Be quiet or they're going to suspect something," Jinki said, pointing to the guards. He removed his hand from Minho's mouth and flahsed Minho a grin.

"What are you doing here?" Minho whispered angrily.

"I saw you going into the cafe and I saw that they refused to let anyone in. Honestly, who can say no to an angry old lady? Anyways, I came here because I wanted to convince you to come to my house and set things straight with Taemin," Jinki said.

Minho sighed and looked down at his half-filled coffee, "Taemin...he probably doesn't want to be with me anymore". Jinki leaned over and flicked Minho's forehead.

"Are you crazy? Taemin's been trying to call you back since you sent him that text message! And breaking up by text message? Seriously? Low blow, man".

"I'm sorry, okay? You seriously think my dad's going to let me keep my phone when he found out Taemin and I were dating? Besdies even if I could leave. Those two don't let me out of their sight."

"Aha! Then aren't you lucky to have someone as smart as me as your boyfriends father? Look all you have to do is me outside, then let me take the reigns from there!"

Minho sighed, knowing that as nice as Jinki was, if he didn't go and patch things up with Taemin, Jinki would more or less castrate him. "Fine." Jinki grinned as Minho stood up. He took Minho by the arm and crouched down. Minho walked to the door with Jinki and opened it, alerting the guards outside the cafe.

"Thank you, kind man but would you please bring me to the crosswalk over there?" Jinki said in his 'old lady' voice.

"Sure, ma'm," Minho said and started walking, the guards trailing behind him. Once they reached the crosswalk, Jinki gripped his arm tighter, signalling him to run once the crosswalk says to walk across.

"RUN!" Jinki yelled, pulling Minho as they ran full speed across. The guards yelled and ran after them but the wave of people crossing were blocking their way. Once they ran far enough, they stopped to take a breather.

"It's not too far from the house now," Jinki said, wiping sweat off his brow.

"Yeah..."

"Hey," Jinki petted Minho on the back. "Taemin will understand. Taemin was never the type to hold a grudge."

"I know," Minho said, flashing a smile. They walked the rest of the way to Jinki and Taemin's apartment. Minho stepped in fron of the door and gulped. 

"Yah! You're making me nervous! Just ring the doorbell already," Jinki said, pouting behind Minho. Minho took a deep breath before slowly lifting up his hand and resting it on the doorbell.

"I can't do this," Minho said, taking his hand off the button.

"Aish! Kids these days," Jinki reached over Minho, despite Minho's protests and rang the doorbell.

"Yah! How dare you--"

"Minho?" Minho quickly turned around  and cleared his throat while Jinki stood in the back, grinning like an idiot.

Hi guys 8] /shot

Soooo....how's it going? hehe I graduated high school this year then I went on vacation though It's no excuse I get it. I'm currently working on a short film and a novel so I have been busy. Anyways I'm sort of running out of ideas...so if you guys want a particular scene during this story leave a suggestion in the comments below. Once again I have not proof read this just because I wrote it in like 5 minutes.

Chapter 18: I know how you feel. I've undergo the same crisis too. I'm proud of you because you have the gut to do all of that. For me, I really really wanna pursue in engineering but then my dad said no to engineering idk why and now here in am in biotechnology. I wish i had some of your courage. I constantly regret for taking this course :/ at least you wont feel like this

Chapter 18: Do what you want to do! Thts the most important thing. Your parents love you and will most likely come to accept your choice. You cant go by your parents rules forever ( and i know that sounds like a bad thing but everyone has to do it at some point) dont be scared to tell them. Even if they get mad and yell at you. Just remember that they will ALWAYS love you. No matter if you dont become a nurse or teacher. Things will calm fown eventually. And just remember being depressed is not healthy at all so you need to fix that pretty fast. I hope this helped. Feel better!

Chapter 18: omg baby girl! i get depression every year at university -_-; i cant imagine how hard for it to be doing something you dont even like. i really wish you didnt need to but you need to tell your parents. its only gonna get harder as time passes. where are you staying right now? they're gonna be disappointed and probably mad, but you might need to live with them for a while or in the future and its always not a good idea to sour relationships with your parents when we're still young and we still sort of need them. anyway, you should just rest for a while, and just get yourself feeling better before deciding whether you want to go to college again next semester for computer science which would lead to software designing (im guessing). you dont have to plan now because you'd probably freak out but when you feel motivated to research some more, definitely do it!
but just rest! take some time off! everyone needs it and even if you just end up on tumblr or youtube watching shinee videos eating chips, if it makes you happy, just do it! :) and of course, i am happy to keep talking ;D

Chapter 18: oh my gosh, why would we ever think to kill you? what you're going through right now is something a lot of others do too. you are not alone. if you feel like game designing is what you truly want to do then by all means go for it.
I know you are going through a lot of pressure right now but I hope you can muster up the courage to talk to your parents. maybe try talking to other people first - to help you gain a little confidence before telling them.even if you aren't planning on telling them now, talk to somebody, don't keep your worries to yourself. you'll be surprised at how much it'll help.
your parents are likely to be unhappy with your job choice because they are worried for your future and whether this career will help you get through life, but if you show them that you are passionate and dedicated to the job and that you are truly happy while doing it, i'm sure they will soon change their minds.

Chapter 18: As much as i love this story, it's not important right now. You need to speak to your parents and tell them how you feel. I know it's going to be hard, but ask them why they think being a teacher and being a nurse is a good job. Is it because it is well-paid? Good hours? An industry where you'll never be unemployed? Because for most reasons, the source is because they want you to be happy. You need to make them realize that though you really appreciate it, them forcing you to fit into their definition of a perfect worker is making you extremely unhappy. They have to realize that their actions, in which they think will make you happy, are actually making you depressed. The fact that you are questioning your life is not what a parent is supposed to make you feel. You need to speak to them about this and I know it won't be easy, but it will be worth it.

Chapter 18: I think it's good that you did something for yourself instead of blindly following what your parents wanted you to do because what's most important is what YOU want since it is YOUR life after all and not theirs, you should be making such decisions... I know it's scary not knowing what you're going to do next after dropping out but I'm sure you'll find something that you love eventually :D Take it from someone in their third year of university... College is not for everyone and it's not all it's cracked up to be, you dodged a major bullet imo LOL xD So good luck in the future, author-ssi... But anyway, I'm looking forward to the corrections you're making to the fic and your next update ;D

Chapter 18: You should always know, you did the right thing dropping out; if you love your job you will never have to work a day in your life. I'm proud of you for doing what you think is right. (Pm me if you need someone to talk too- I will always help where I can)
